I encountered problems with getting my credit report unfrozen. Kirk and the finance department were very patient and professional. There was a small issue with the vehicle but Kirk got right on it and is getting it taken care of. The entire process happened a lot quicker than I anticipated. I'm very happy with the service and my new to me car. My neighbors are raving with my selection. My downstairs neighbor asked me, "Is this our new car?"
