We drove an hour to Adrian and it was worth it. The vehicle we test drove was as advertised with no surprises. Jake treated us great, and we were out of there in no time. Needless to say, we would make the drive again.
We loved the way we were treated at CR Motors. There was no high pressure and we made all out decisions based on that. Our salesman was respectful and efficient. If he didn’t know something he found out for us. Truly a nice experience.
Everything about our leasing experience was excellent! We drove from Carleton, Mi...over an hour away to come to this dealer, and we're so happy we did! Jacob Allen was a pleasure to deal with including over the phone and in person! I have never had such a simple and smooth time while buying a new vehicle. The whole process was flawless and fast! We love our new 2018 Dodge Ram Bighorn! We will definitely be back and we will recommend that our friends and family make the drive to Adrian as well...it was the best decision we could have made. At first, I was extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service I received. Jake was extremely helpful throughout this ordeal. The vehicle was detailed throughly and the process while I completed by initial paperwork was smooth and painless.
However, five days after purchasing the vehicle, I received a call that told me my loan was denied. Initially making me believe that this was the lender's fault, I completed the proper paperwork within two hours of receiving the phone call in order to complete the application for my vehicle.
I was assured that the paperwork for the loan, requiring my signature, would be overnighted directly to me the next day seeing that I live out of state. The next morning came, no paperwork. I called CR again and I was told that it would arrive the next day, still no paperwork. Nine days in, I was told the paperwork was sent regular mail and I should recieve it soon. This continued until I called today and asked to speak directly to a manager.
After explaining the situation and some research done by the manager, turns out the paperwork was never sent out. I'm being assured at this moment that it will be overnighted and arriving tomorrow. Additionally, the mistake was not the lender at all but a clerical error done by CR that they were more than happy to blame on the lender rather than take the responsibility themselves.
This whole experience since leaving the lot has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. I never received a straight answer from anyone until today. Everyone I talked to besides Jake seemed to be more annoyed than eager to help. I tried to explain that I am 6 states away but it seemed like I was just a nuisance rather than a valued customer.
A reputable dealer that cares about it's customers would remedy this issue to a valued customer and would make the proper adjustments so that this doesn't happen again.

I came from Illinois to get a truck. Lost the Michigan title I needed in order to get an Illinois one. How painful will THIS be? With one to go before the temp plate expires! I call and am connected to Britney. She will.personally go to the state building and apply for the dup title for me, but it will take 10 days to get. Then she funds out you can get one same day in Jackson. Another employee (kudos to them too!!!) Drives to Jackson and gets the title. Britney will overnight it so I can get Illinois title before temp plate expires. Of course they fronted the money themselves for the trip to Jackson (and asked nothing for it!) And the FedEx and the cost of the dup title and their time.
This is the same dealer who covered $500 repairs on a very used truck after I bought it. Simply the best customer service I've had anywhere. Period.
The people here are so nice and will do everything to help you find the car that works for you and in your price range. As a first time car buyer I had an amazing experience getting a car. I was looking at originally at a Jeep Compass and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. I am much more happy with this choice gas millage wise then the compass. I checked out the web looking for cars in my area and found a couple that I was interested in. Donny took care of me and secured an offer for my trade-in that I was happy with, provided excellent customer service and we loved the car. I purchased a NEW Promaster City Van with the help of salesman Scott Robertson and had an outstanding experience all the way around. Very friendly, professional staff. Vans are mostly sold on the used car lot and you will find Scott there. The City van has been trouble free so far (1,000 miles 2 months) and gets better than advertised mileage. I recently started the process of car shopping, which can be a bit overwhelming at first. After talking to a few different sales reps, I found myself more discouraged, until I spoke with Tim. He was patient with my questions, took his time in going through their inventory to find cars within my budget, that also had all the bells and whistles I had wanted. Tim was very kind and made me feel like I was more than a commission check to him. I look forward to stopping in soon!!
I came in with my friend Michaela looking for a basic used vehicle that was good on gas. She commutes to work about 45 miles per day and the fuel was eating her up. She called on a Dodge dart that was on the website. We didn't realize that the Dart was a manual transmission when we showed up. We really liked the features of it but she had never driven a manual before. Ken said there was no better time to learn than now. He had her jump in the drivers seat and gave her basic instructions on what to do. It took a few tries. She stalled the car several times but after getting over the embarrassment, she was able to get it going. She really started to enjoy it even though she stalled it again and again. In the end, Ken moved us into a Ford focus that was an automatic transmission. We love the car. It's doing great. The car she ended up with is not the most memorable part. The fact that Ken took the time to show her something that she'd always wanted to learn but either didn't have the opportunity or didnt have the courage to do. He was awesome. I would recommend Ken to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all and was fun to do business with.
Kristin was very pleasant and professional to work with and she explained the process to me since I hadn't purchased a vehicle in awhile. The staff was also very polite to me while waiting to speak to Kristin. This is a truly an exceptional dealership. Thank you Mini of Ann Arbor I love my Honda Accord.
