We purchased a new 2023 Dodge Charger. We were not from the Milwaukee suburban area but found the model and features we wanted which were not available at out local dealers for the time we were purchasing. The sales, delivery and finance staff were very helpful and considerate. We had not purchased a vehicle in some time and expected to be pressured to lease and purchase numerous extended care packages as part of the purchase. We purchased the vehicle outright with savings we had planned for and the trade value of our previous vehicle. The available extended care options were explained to us and we were free to choose none or only those which made sense for our needs. We have not used the dealer service as the car is new and we are from outside the area but the purchase went smoothly.

this vehicle met my needs with a good turning ratios and the backup camera made it easier to see the rear areas and was pleasure to drive in the city or the open four lane highway fuel mpg for this full size van and cargo consistent mpg

163014 miles on my pro master use it almost daily for about 4 years ! Gas tank is small I think it holds 21 gallons wish it was bigger . Very roomy in the back .

I needed a new windshield and tires.. my home, work & their location, on a work day, would have cause extra hours of driving. I was offered to drop off the night before-provided a free loaner car & was able to not be stressed out. (I already travel to and from work over an hour each way). Ok, so buying a new car, or in this case, truck is not my favorite thing. Was looking for a truck but not sure what I wanted. Talked to Timothy Johnson and he had me try a few. Luckily, there was a 2009 F-150 Lariat available that looked good. Spent a little more than I was going to (of course) but got a fair deal. When I pointed out some damage (bent bumper and cracked driving lamp, Timothy promised that they would fix it. Wrote it up and he was as good as his word. The fix looks great. The truck looks good and runs fine. I am happy with the deal. Would deal with Cardinal and Timothy again. Take care with higher mileages unless you pay cash. Almost had an issue with my lender because it was just over 150K. Not Cardinal's problem, just mine. The truck runs great and was well-kept.
