The Sales Manager Jon Butterworth made my entire car buying process happen in less than a half hour over the phone. I bought my vehicle from Shaver completely sight-unseen and never even stepped foot in the building. This was by far the easiest, no hassle buying process I've ever experienced from anywhere, let alone a car dealership. I've put more time and effort into buying a pair of pants than I did buying my car. I asked Jon for a good deal and he gave me a good deal. No back and forth, no smoke and mirrors, no confusion whatsoever. At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

Brought my car in for it's regular oil change, had a 7 am appt, actually arrived at 720, not a problem. Love the new larger facility just barely across the street from the old one. Pulled up, someone greeted me, told him why I came, he sent Maury a service rep out to me, he walked me inside as they pulled my car into the service area. I had a coupon that came in the mail, used it, got my discount, got the tires rotated etc. New waiting area, coffee, tea, bagels, fruit, donuts etc. WIFI, comfy seats, TV etc. I needed an estimate for a part of my fender, Maury came out and gave me a quote. Just about an hour later, on my way with a cleaner car, the free included external carwash. Not one problem. Love my 2016 Nissan Rogue with standard automatic transmission. I do a lot of long distance driving and not unusual to get 40 MPG for me.
