Our salesman Wesley and the sales manager Kim were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are the only reason I ended up purchasing the car. There was another young man who was also a sales manager that was absolutely rude. He may have the good fortunate to look 14 years old but obviously he was not taught any manners growing up. James was in charge of the paperwork and was also rude. He would ask a question and while trying to answer it was obvious he was not listening. When called on it he admitted he was not even listening to the response. We had just driven 3 hours to pick up the car and he was annoyed because it was late. He was supposed to get me a copy of the carfax and that never happened. I am still hoping everything goes well with the car because on the carfax I saw and asked for a copy it said the transfer case was replaced twice. No one was quite sure but guessed the first was when they found the problem and the second was when the parts came in and it was actually fixed. I did have the under carriage checked out by the shop that wired it for towing and they reported no visible leaks. Time will tell. We still have to make another trip down there to get a chewed seatbelt fixed and another key fob for the car programmed. I hope someone educates the rude workers on how to treat customers. But definitely work with Wesley or Kim!

Then my mom went and tried, they got her a great deal on the Saturn that she drives. She's had a check engine light issue and they made sure to take care of it for her. No problems at all. And then I decided to try about a year later. I don't have the best credit and struck out at two other dealerships. Came to the guys, Ronnie and Joe, and Ronnie worked all weekend to find me a good deal. It was a little higher on payments then i wanted at first but Ronnie promised to try on the next day (Monday) to get me a better deal. He got a bank to finance me within my payment range. Drove off with a 2009 Nissan Sentra. Very thankful for these guys and how easy they made it for me and my entire family. I went from driving a 97 honda to a 2009 Nissan.
