Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Rod Cole goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! He made turning my lease in and getting lined up with a new one a breeze. I couldn’t have done it without him! The staff is incredibly friendly.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Your sons car would have gotten fixed with great service if you didn’t call the dealership swearing at the employees before and during the appointment. I hope you get the help you very clearly need.

Don’t know where to start regarding my experience with Victor CDJR. I recently purchased a used Corvette. Everyone on the staff was enormously helpful, Kellie who assisted by phone ( I live outside Buffalo) to Kevin Renna my salesperson to the business manager. Low pressure, helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicle was fairly priced and the experience was great. Further, this company has integrity, something that’s in short supply too often. I say that as during the vehicle inspection the technician discovered dry rot on the inside of the tires. I would never have known. Instead of ignoring the issue or advising I’d need to replace the tire Victor CDJR replaced all of them at no charge. Not a cheap thing to do. If you’re looking for honesty and integrity look no further.

The whole dealership made us feel welcome. We were looking to replace our Pacifica and Scott Thompson met us on the lot and convinced us the Pacifica Hybrid would work well for us. Before this I had a Silverado and it was like a rock. It didn’t go anywhere unless you picked it up and moved it. Nothing but problems, so I went shopping and looked at the Tundra which was nice, the screen inside on the Tundra was a lot nicer and it got better fuel economy. Outside of that, once I saw the Ram and drove it, the other things didn’t matter. The comfort inside the Ram is unmatched in a truck. I contemplated going with the higher Laramie package with the leather and a few other bells and whistles but I preferred the cloth seats in the Bighorn level 2 night edition. It’s very sharp looking and with the running boards and tonneau cover it’s ready for whatever I throw at it. The new Hurricane engine with turbo is a little bit jumpy in the beginning, I bought it brand new not even a handful of miles on it but it’s settled in and found its groove now. It’s got some serious get up and go so pulling out in to traffic is no problem. Towing is nice and smooth, maintains control on the road and stops nicely. Fuel economy is pretty bad, it says 17-24 and I’m lucky to get 14 on a good day. It’s what I expected when I got it. Only thing I will say is find one with the 30+ gallon tank, a truck should have a large tank so you don’t have to fill up every 350 miles. Only regret I have is not catching that before I signed the papers

And I’ve owned a lot from Toyota tundras,Toyota Tacoma‘s ,Chevy Silverado‘s ,avalanche,and this is my first Ram. 300 hp six cylinder motor quiet and smooth. Best riding truck I’ve ever owned. It’s a Warlock model four-door 6 1/2 foot bed

I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing
