THE TRUCK IS MINE AND WHEN A WOMAN COMES TO A DEALERSHIP THE SALESMAN ALWAYS ASK WHERE IS YOUR HUSBAND WE NEED TO DEAL WITH HIM.ALDO NEVER DID I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE..

my experience has always been a good one , I will call Mr.Haskell and explain my problem with my car he will right away have me bring it in and will have a loaner on hand for me.
He will have my car check out give me a call, and we move forward with the problem. I like to know upfront what I'm looking at and he will always do that for me.
I came in to test drive a car for my son, as a gift. The folks at Ubersox, from the beginning to end of the process, were absolutely outstanding! There were a couple of little blips here and there which is bound to happen when buying anything these days but Steven (my salesperson) and Troy (the business manager) made everything right. It doesn't take much to make a customer happy - they wanted to know what would make *me* happy, and they did. Thanks guys, you were all just fantastic. I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

Mazen was a great salesperson. He took us to several lots and helped me find the car I was looking for. He got a detailed list of the features I needed and found one that fit. I test drove the Durango and took it home ! The buying process was smooth and all parties involved were very nice and kept me informed. Mazen then took the time to explain all the features of the car and what all the buttons do. I will certainly recommend family and friends to this dealership. I had a great experience !

Had an amazing experience shopping with George Cowley and his team. Had no intention of buying a new vehicle at all or any vehicle right now. George was so knowledgeable and truly cared that we get exactly what we needed. He even changed the order a day later on a plow I ordered to accommodate the heavier workload I'd be taking. The entire team works together in a supportive, no pressure atmosphere. I could not have had a better buying experience.
