Used RAM trucks for sale near Longtown, OK

Just want to say thank you to Shannon, Michael Glasgow, in the Service Dept. Salesman Cowboy Everett, Adrian, Doug Menees in Finance and the management staff at Patriot Dodge of McAlester. We purchased a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 truck from them during their Grand Opening celebration 2/16/18. We had several problems with it the day we test drove it. Cowboy came to our rescue and they had the truck towed back to the dealership. He stayed with us to make sure we were okay and the truck was safely back at the dealership. The service department was very professional and took care of all the problems that developed with the truck. We were not charged for any of the repairs. We are so grateful for all the staff that worked on the truck. We purchased the truck for our grandson for his 16th birthday. He now has his standard transmission that and is so happy. Thank you Patriots for making our grandson so happy to have a safe and reliable truck that he will enjoy for many years. May God Bless each of you that helped make his dream come true. I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I have bought two Dodge pickups from Dick, Mike, Cole, and Becky Bailey and they have been very nice, friendly, and fair. I would recommend them to anyone. They are a great family and they rodeo and know what cowboys and cowgirls want and need out of a truck.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

They have a great selection of cars at good prices. All the salesmen seemed genuine without being overly pushy. They seem concerned with relationships more than sales.

I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

Mike and John have been so helpful after my car started giving me issues. They have taken great care of me and helped me get into a nicer more reliable car.. AND at a GREAT price. I will definitely be coming back in the future

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

I am a single mom and I needed a reliable car for me and my children. Mike and John were so helpful and got me a great deal on a jeep liberty. I love my car and they made the process of buying one so easy. I will definitely be going back and referring my friends and family to them!

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Had the truck, a Tradesman, 3-years and not a single problem with it, besides what the previous owner did. They put leveling blocks on it and big tires that made it ride like a dump truck. Plenty of power with the 6.4l. Very reliable.

I haven't completed my purchase yet but I'm in the middle of it. Mike is really helpful and has been working with me on it. I'm really excited to get the truck I've been wanting

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .
