2016 RAM ProMaster City review
Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot EX in 2016 from East Coast Auto Source. It had bullet holes in the body and some shot out windows. I repaired the bullet holes, and had the other repairs completed. Car ran well and it needed some other work. Nine years later, we have 211,000 more miles on the Pilot. It was a good price and East Coast Auto Source was upfront and honest about the repairs and had the car shipped to my mechanic. I would bought another car in 2024 from them and I am happy with the deal.

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. Either way, I expect to have the car back soon. I will update this response as needed. As of today, Sales is driving the solution and has done the right thing. Pending the resolution, I would buy here again.

This was my first car purchase from a dealership and I must say it was a quick and painless process! I’ve heard horror stories about car salesmen and dealerships and all the headaches associated with the two. So I was skeptical about even attempting to purchase a car from a dealership of this size. But I found a car that I loved on their website and after inquiring online, their internet salesman, Carson, reached out. He was very nice and super helpful with any questions I had and even helped me schedule a test drive! When I got to lot I drove around until I found the car I had seen online. The info online was accurate as well as the photos! I was then approached by Richard Morgan who asked me all the right questions and was very quick to get the keys and send me on a test drive! Richard was absolutely fantastic and made this intimidating experience a memorable one! I decided to think about the purchase after the test drive and Richard was very understanding. He and I spoke on the phone for the next few days and we came to an agreement on the purchase price!!! He got all the necessary paperwork ready and even got my financing approved before I got off from work!!! I was in and out of the office in about an hour, with my new car!!! 5 star service!
