I recently purchased a 2019 Porsche Targa C4S from Motorcars of the Main Line. I worked directly with the owner, David Mizrachi, who I found to be open, genuine, very responsive and professional. I have had bad experiences purchasing remote before and this was a large investment, so I came into this transaction with a heightened sense of skepticism. David not only eased those concerns, he followed through on everything he promised. I did have a minor issue with the car unbeknownst to David, and he made it right immediately. I can highly recommend Motorcars of the Main Line and intend to buy from them again. To echo other reviewers, the buying experience was pleasant and pressure-free. More importantly, with the pricing was very fair and coordinating delivery a breeze.

Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and absolutely love my Genesis. The vehicle exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the dealership making an out-of-state purchase possible. However, I believe there are opportunities to improve the customer experience. Purchasing a vehicle—especially a luxury vehicle—is exciting, and customers should feel confident and supported throughout the process. Instead, there were times when I felt like I had to do the work of following up rather than being guided through the experience. Having worked in sales myself, I understand that every customer is different. A good salesperson knows how to read the room, adjust their communication style, and build trust rather than simply close a sale. I occasionally felt my questions were met with responses that came across as dismissive instead of consultative. Customers should never feel hesitant to ask questions when making such a significant financial decision. Communication surrounding the delivery of my vehicle was also disappointing. I had clearly communicated that I would be out of town on a specific date, yet the vehicle was still scheduled for delivery that day. I repeatedly had to reach out for status updates instead of receiving proactive communication. The delivery driver even shared that he knew I would not be available because the salesperson had informed him, but was told, “We’ll figure it out.” Fortunately, everything ultimately worked out, but situations like that should be avoided through better planning and communication. I share this feedback because I believe the dealership has the potential to provide an exceptional buying experience that matches the quality of the vehicles it sells. While I am genuinely happy with my purchase and would recommend the vehicle itself, I hope this feedback helps improve the level of professionalism, communication, and customer care for future buyers.

Entering the 2012 Rolls - Royce Ghost from the touch of the door handle to the opening of the door to sitting behind the RR Steering Wheel then closing the soft touch automatic door had put me into The " Lady of Ecstasy " with her wings spread was a complete and utter rush and feeling of I have Frigg'in arrived at the place where I always Dreamed of being roll'in down the road floating in the most Luxurious Automobile I have ever driven and with that in mind my favorite saying was said : " See It...Dream It...Believe It...Take Massive Action On It...and YOU WILL Achieve It..." If you want the most comfortable and luxurious car in the world look no further. The Rolls Royce Ghost is the car. The fit and finish takes the #1 spot by far. There is no better quality of materials elsewhere. The ride, braking, steering and suspension is magic. The best way to describe this car is you are floating on a magic carpet. I am a car lover and have owned many cars. If I could only pick one it would be this car. Since BMW owns Rolls Royce, the repairs bills are normal and the same as any other high end car. They are very expensive to buy new, but a bargain used for what you get. Drive one and you will be sold. You will have no regrets.

2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost review
The first night I couldn't sleep cause I thought I would be judged, I thought I would be robbed, and I thought i over paid for a car. By night two, after driving it around for about an hour, I felt like the luckiest man cause I get to drive this car (and be married to the most wonderful woman in the world), which makes a Lexus 570 feel like a rough drive, and Bentley feel cheap. If you can afford it, you wont regret it. And its little eaiser to drive than the Phantom.
