We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was very low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. The paperwork process with Ryan went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with my experience with this dealership.

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.

No visible leaks, no squeaks, no strange noises, and no electrical issues—just a true luxury powerhouse and everything I was looking for. Shoutout to Deni—he definitely deserves a raise. I sent him a virtual shot of Clase Azul and told him since I’m buying a car virtually, you gotta take a shot virtually. Of course he didn’t, but I thought it was cool! My wife has already been eyeing a few cars on their lot, so I’ll definitely be back for another purchase soon (she didn’t even know I bought this one until it showed up!). I also want to be clear: this is a used vehicle, and with any used car, you should expect some level of maintenance. That’s not a knock on the dealership—it’s just part of the reality of buying pre-owned. This review is based purely on my experience with Deni and the buying process. For context, my mechanic—who worked for BMW for over 10 years—has handled most of my maintenance. My M5, which I bought at 60k miles, is now at 243k and still runs strong. He wasn’t thrilled about this purchase due to the known maintenance demands of the N63 engine, but he’ll be doing a full inspection this weekend. I also have an appointment with BMW to get the display key programmed, as it wasn’t synced to the car. All in all, this was a great experience. I’m genuinely impressed with how smooth everything went, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Da Vinci Automotive again. 5-star experience, no question.

If it was possible to give more stars I would have. Dealt with Jacob Holbrook who was beyond excellent. Never waited long for an answer and was right on top of the entire transaction. Cannot say enough good things.
