From my to first phone conversation to my new car delivery the professionals at this dealership were simply the best. Businesslike and professional, not the least bit stuffy or pretentious. The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. I purchased a 2009 Jeep Wrangler from them. Even though it was a cheaper car and not what they normally sell they still treated me as if I was buying an expensive vehicle which was very comforting. The A/C blower and brake caliper had an issue after 1000 miles of driving the car and they still paid the repair cost. I would buy from them again, hopefully something nicer next time! They have great prices
