Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

I get this car with 140k but in great shape, just service the Throttle Body Unit ( cleaning ) and brakes. now after 3 years of great service .. still running strong , the A/C is great , the size and interior space awesome, the radio is a huge asset, It is really a shame SATURN is out of business, i am really impressed with the quality and reliability of this car , not to mention how easy to service and maintenance.

This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! If this doesn???t pursue you to go to any other dealership, I don???t know what else would! Allyson Ramseyer

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

In 2003 I owned a 1983 Chevy Celebrity and I loved my car but my mother sold it when I was at school so, my dad, angry, took me out to look at getting a new car. I needed a car, I was a busy 19 year old, I was working 2 jobs as well as going to school so he wanted me to have something reliable, something made in America. We went to the Saturn Dealership and he picked out, for me, a car I really didn't like. It had 4-doors, it was white, no fancy things like cruse control. Within a week I was in love with the ION. It was a smooth drive, fun to drive, I loved street racing in it (I was 19, thats what kids did), the ION took off like a fighter jet on the road and it purred like a new kitten under the hood. I have owned the ION since 2003, it now has 200,000mi on it, I have raised 4 kids in it and although its been beat up, stained and wrecked I still drive it. In 15 years I have replaced the breaks, seals, tires, battery and alternator, other than oil and filter changes thats all its needed. I use synthetic oil and replace it every 4-6000 miles and in turn for taking care of her she gives me all she has. ION is 15yrs old and she is a little worse for the ware but I will drive her until she dies.

The car has met all my families needs, has traveled all across the country as well as up and down the country as well. It seats 8, although we rarely used the back seat. Highway driving at speed is not at all loud unless the road needs work. Drives very well as a daily driver for 4 person family.

I am 77 and this is only the second used car I have purchased in the last 40 years. I was very surprised at it's good condition (interior, rust) and lack of any problems with things such as gauges, knobs, door handles, lights etc. The design is still current and the interior room is good for me. I'll update the lighting LED's and add some extras like performance exhaust, WT mats, wheels etc. This is the first American brand I have purchased in 29 years. I am surprised at the overall good quality of the car. It drives like other small 2017 SUV's I've driven i.e. Ok but not like sedans. I had a Lexus RX350 which was a better driver. It has plenty of power but poor mpg. Surprised US buyers let this car ( as the Captiva) disappear. It would be a good home for a 3L double turbo and 8 speed. I must admit it is too heavy (4000+) as is to be competitive with newer small SUV's. Great car for someone who only drives 5,000 mile per year in the snowy north.

Very Reliable. I'm the original owner of the car and it currently has just over 136,000 miles on it. Still going strong. We had an issue with the timing system a few years ago which was unnerving and cost A LOT of money. But a few weeks later we got a recall notice on the problem. Luckily I still had the receipt, so I was reimbursed. Parts wear out, but what do you expect after 12 years? I think a lot of issues for other owners may be related to previous maintenance schedules. Having bought mine new, I know the maintenance was done when scheduled and any problems addressed while they were still minor issues. I still get decent gas mileage (20 mpg city), but I don't have a lot of interstate driving. I definitely recommend a Saturn.

My mom and dad have bought their last 2 vehicles from here and highly recommended this dealership to me so I figured I would give them a shot and boy were they right. First off I found the truck I wanted on their website and saw their internet price. I came in the following day and asked for Dan Dell, he was who my parents had dealt with so I wanted to give him my business, from the first greeting to the delivery (which was the following day after test driving the truck) he was very friendly and no bull crap. What I loved the most about it all was I told him what truck I was looking at at the price I saw it for online (was far below sticker price) he never once argued the online price with me and never once tried to sell me a different vehicle than what I came in to look at which says a lot, I've shopped many other dealerships and gone in to look at one vehicle and have the salesman try to talk me off of that vehicle to another similar vehicle just because there is more commission to be made, this was not the case with Dan Dell. These guys have earned my business for as long as I can foresee. I haven't personally used their maintenance dept but mom and dad have brought both vehicles they bought here for every service needed and have always been more than satisfied so I will do the same.
