I turned my car on Saturday morning. All the warning lights were on. I called and was told to bring my car in. I did and after about an hour someone came over to report on my car. They provided a loaner for the rest of the weekend and I left my car. Everyone I talked to that day were courteous and helpful. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the explanation of what they were doing. I picked up my car on Monday. All fixed and washed ,too! all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company.
