This is the 2 nd TC I have owned, I had a great experience with my 2006 it has over 240k miles on it and I just replaced the clutch on it I've had NO other problems . So I bought a newer one. It's a 2015, Ipaid top dollar for it from a used car lot they bought it at an auction. The day after I bought it it started making loud noises and it has been diagnosed with a bad throw out bearing..I bought the car as is and nobody is going to take the responsibility financially or otherwise so I'm really not happy with the situation . However the car has only 60000 miles and I hope it will be the one and only problem that needs fixed. Because of the reliability of my first one I'm counting on it. The car is fun to drive handles excellent, has the cool look of a sports car and gets 25+ miles to the gallon. It has spacious comfort in the cab too , front and back . I will say it's a fun car to drive but only if you have the manual transmission.

I've owned my 2015 TC (TC2) for five years. The car is very reliable, only needing routine maintenance. Its essentially a Camry engine on a Corolla frame. Airbags are everywhere. It looks sleek, its zippy, and is fun to drive. The pioneer audio system is loud and crisp. The rear hatch is large and opens wide. Couple that with the lay-flat rear seats, and you have A LOT of cargo room. (Which is surprising for a small coupe). For example, if you recline the passenger seat and lay the rear seats flat, you can easily fit 8 fit long boards in the car and still close the hatch. Lower profile tires make this car harder to handle in the snow. Baby car seats fit well in the rear, but the coupe design makes it a pain to get them in and out. Overall, one of the best cars I've ever owned, and certainly the best value for your money.

Chris was great. Honest and accommodating. He stayed late to help get paperwork done and was easy, not pushy at all. Although, the check wngine light did come on during the drive home, it was expected and discussed ahead of time as they were able to work on the price with me a little. After wandering numerous lots aimlessly looking at unpriced cars with no information on them, test driving "clean" cars with grinding brakes and slipping transmissions, and being told by lying salesmen that cars with mismatched panels or cracked welds have never been in a wreck, we finally found a reputable dealer. Some excellent things about Preferred Auto that are hard to find elsewhere: 1) Cars are priced on the lot. You don't have to waste time explaining to a salesman what you are or are not looking for. 2) Window stickers are on all the cars! No waiting for a salesman to look up the mileage, features, etc. 3) The sales staff leaves you alone while you browse around, research cars, and narrow your list. 4) The sales process was quick and easy with zero pressure. 5) Six months later, we've found no issues with the vehicle. 6) They had no bad cars on the lot at all--every one of them seemed solid and reliable. 7) CarFax reports were available free of charge. 8) There are great Uzbeki, Jamaican, and Indian restaurants right down the road! I don't think any two of these things were true of any other dealership. Don't waste your time driving all over the city. Keep an eye on their site, or tell them what you're looking for and wait for their call.

I’ve owned my new CrossTrek for six months now. I’d previously purchased two Foresters from this dealership. Alex is a low key no pressure salesman. Test drove many of their vehicles. Got a fair deal. A month after purchase I met with Betsy who is their tech specialist. She went over many of the new tech features and was excellent at explaining the many new features my 2017 Forester didn’t have. Took my car in for its first service this month. Del was my service advisor. He explained their service philosophy. Car only needed an oil change and tire rotation so things were easy. Would recommend the sales & service at this dealership without hesitation.

Took my car here for service and it was awesome. I’m not one for writing reviews but felt the need to spread the word about this place. Prices were great and never felt like I was getting screwed over like some other places make you feel. I don’t know much about cars and the owner Lorne was kind enough to walk me through everything that was being done to my car. I’ve never had that kind of treatment before so I really appreciated it. Also, the guys in the shop were very kind and genuine. I will be recommending LW Auto to everyone I know and will absolutely be going back!
