I returned to have my 5000 mile service done. They were polite, considerate, professional and did not change the stations on my radio:). Russell Coulter worked hard to get the best out the staff and my car was ready for me in enough time to get back to work. My car feels smooth on the road.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Buying a 2017 Highlander. Person I had an appointment with was off. Bad start.
They sent me out with a young man, an intern home from college. Couldn't get the lift gate to operate properly. Not looking good. He went to get a sales person to help. Helpful, he was. Explained much more than I could digest prior to the test drive. Things were looking better. We sat down to work on the numbers. I told him of a quote I had from another dealer. He got that matched. When he gave me the value of my trade in, I told him a price I wanted. He got that price matched. Things looking much better. After some discussion of fees, we agreed to split them. Took a while to get the vehicle ready, but we spent time with a couple different persons.
Overall, a typical car buying experience. I was however, surprised they matched every price point I gave them. This was only one trip back and forth. Not the normal 5-6 times, and here comes a manager to explain you are passing up the deal of a lifetime. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Hunter, and Cody.
Went to get the oil changed on my 2015 Toyota Camry. It was an easy, quick, excellent experience. Don't go to these oil change "specialty shops." It's no more expensive to get your dealership to change the oil AND they washed my car for me before giving it back!
Glen Harder is not only a great salesman, but he is a great person. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we were making the right choice in buying our Rav4. This was my first time buying a car and to be honest I was a little lost when I first walked in, I had what I wanted in mind but I didn???t know how I would go about getting it. I walked in the dealership and Tim was the one who asked if I needed any help. I tell him what I wanted, he happily helps me through the process, the test drive, and the final sale. I actually had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I was just going to window-shop, with intention to buy first of the year. However, when I saw the dealership had a loaded 2019 Outback with a 6 cylinder and in the Forest Green Metallic.....

Have bought three cars from 502! All three were as advertised. Purchase two Hondas and a Cadillac all with over 100,000 miles on them and very please with the results. They seem to take great care in the car is that they put on their lot! Would recommend them to my friends!
