I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.
Well this is rare for me and I never thought I would have such a great time again with a car dealer. First let me say I am sure I join a long list of happy customers that went to Ingersoll of pawling. Dylan and Torrey were way better than all other dealerships with helping me with my needs and wants. Other dealers can learn from them on just how to treat and make a customer feel relaxed and not pressured in the car buying experience. If u have a chance or the time to visit this dealership(Ingersoll of pawling)I am sure all of your needs with be addressed and handled with people that really care about doing whatever they can for the customer. This is my second car purchased from Curry Hyundai and both times I was extremely pleased with the customer service I experienced. I dealt with Artie, Jason, & Sean. I didn’t feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. Sean found the best warrantee possible for my vehicle. Didn’t get annoying phone calls for follow up and they showed me what I was looking for and worked with the price.
My daughter purchased her 2013 Civic last year from Hudson Auto Traders. No high pressure sales tactics or used car salesman mentality here!! Chris & Art are very kind and very knowledgeable. They honestly want to make their customers happy! My daughter had an issue with her car months later and they took a look at it, no questions asked! They stand by their vehicles and are truly honest, decent people. Will definitely be back!

I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was working with Chris and Art. From the first call I made to them to the time I was able to drive my car out of there was less than 3 days.
They were accommodating in every way imaginable, and went above and beyond to help me with the process. I did not feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything when looking at different options.
There was a small leak in an oil line that they easily could have never told me about. HOWEVER, they were quick to call me and let me know that the part had already been ordered from dealer and fixed it free of charge in under a day.
The used car salesmen reputation certainly does not hold true for these two and I would recommend them to family and friends any day of the week. I will never lease or buy a car anywhere but Hudson Auto Traders.
