took my 2013 prius ( 126,000 miles )in for an inspection. other than oil changes and tires replaced at 75,000, there had not been any other maintenance. was told that car would pass inspection, but would need front and rear brakes "soon". at that point , I asked to have a sales person evaluate the car for trade worth as well as work up pricing on a potential new prius. Trish was attentive, listened to how I use the car--hi mileage--. based on rebates, tax credits etc..., she showed me how the prius prime would be my best option if I was looking to stay in the Toyota / prius family. did a bit if research, and within 2 weeks, drove away with the 2018.

Too tight to get in under the steering wheel. I am 6 foot tall and I am not overweight, very hard to get out of has a good bit of road noise and windows are small also. Shifts up & down a little too much seems confused. Has nice blue metallic paint which really can be buffed out to shine. Also extra room because the back seats fold down. Average 32 MPG if driven with MPG in mind.

This newly-opened Subaru dealership is DEFINITELY the one to go to if you are looking to buy a Subaru. The staff has set out to change the paradigm of car buying/selling, and have done away with all of the superfluous nonsense that one normally has to deal with in order to finally come to an agreement on the terms. They bottom line it for you without the back and forth hassle of taking trips to the ???back office??? (that doesn???t exist) to speak with a manager (who actually went home 4 hours ago). They truly have changed the experience for their customers. Fair. Honest. REAL. Three words one NEVER commonly uses to describe a car salesman, or the dealership for which he/she works. But it's true. I leased my new 2019 Legacy from them, and they REALLY took care of me. I don't care where you live - this dealership is worth the trip. And once you experience what it's like to buy/lease a car with this professional, motivated, and innovative young staff, you will not likely want to shop anywhere else. They kept every promise they made, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want (or need), and answered every question I had. A special shout out to Michael Dymnicki for all that he did to help us, and for knowing us BY NAME whenever we stopped in to see if my car was on the lot yet. He was just so, so nice. Thanks, Mike! And another thank you to Nino Tiburzi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for making the process so much less painful, and for keeping all of your promises to me. Thanks Nino! And finally, thank you Andrew Carlson! You made the final stretch of the process so much easier. Thank you for actually taking the time to look at the ???scratch-dings??? on my old Subaru, and for being honest about the fact that the ???ding plan??? wouldn???t work for me. Definitely go. Beyond Excellent Service: CHRISTOPHER PARANZINO (CP) Remember his name: CHRISTOPHER M PARANZINO - he is the best person you want to purchase or lease your new car from!! I???ve own my 2015 CRV for 18months before an idiot damaged the side of it while parked on the street. CP was the first person I called as I rummaged through my paperwork to find my registration and insurance information. I called him because he wrote his cell phone on my Honda envelope and I remembered him saying ???call me anytime!??? So I did, at nearly 9pm on a Saturday night. He answered the phone and settled my deep worry and anger and laid out the next steps. After arranging a tow, he told me to meet him at the White Plains Honda Service Center on Bank Street the next morning (yes, Sunday!) where he would took my keys and car information and told me that he would take care of everything with regard to the repair process and would call me the next day with an update. He even gave me a ride back to the MetroNorth train station so I can make my way home back to Throgs Neck. True to his word (a consistent trait of CP btw!) he assigned me a service advisor by the name of Angel Cruz who was just like him ??? on top of it! Together they supported me through the 24day period without my car, answering my questions via calls and text messages ??? never turning me away. Even the body shop the White Plains Honda dealership works with deserves a shout out (Thanks A&A Auto Body!) for their great customer service. When the car was ready, I left work early from Manhattan and I arrived with my insurance check in hand - but this is when I met my first roadblock because the insurance adjuster had the check made out incorrectly. Aside from being super pissed with my insurance company, CP came through again, told me what I needed to do with my insurance company and made sure that I had a ride home since I arrived with no car. He did this because it was late and dark and knew that I did not want to go back on the Metronorth to then get back on the subway to make my way home to northeastern section of the Bronx. Instead, he arranged for his one of his staff members, Jose, to give me a ride home since he was heading in my direction to go home. Jose was awesome and not once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Thank you for getting me home safely Jose and the quick lesson how to play the numbers ?! Two days later I finally picked up my car after fixing the insurance check situation and once again experienced awesome customer service. Anyone reading this review, I give you my word that all that I have written is true and I???m serious when I say remember his name ??? CHRISTOPHER M. PARAZINO, SALES MANAGER - HE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU and you will deeply appreciate his attention to detail too! CP if you are reading this, thank you again for taking care of me and my Azulita (yes, that is the name of my car!).

Ever since day one, this car has amazed me. It is not a muscle car. It is more. It is a performance car that builds driver confidence. I could be foolish and say it could use more power but that would be illogical considering the average road conditions where 0-60 in 3 seconds is meaningless from both a safety and fuel consumption perspective. It's fine the way it is 0-60 in about 6 seconds. It is relentless through back road curves and turns not to mention its svelte design that women just love, if that is even important. Buy this car. It will not disappoint.

1. Too many cars to choose from. That's always a good thing to have. 2. Experienced salesmen. A special mention for Tom Miller for being a great (read: honest) salesperson. I had a few concerns with the car I had finalized, and he made sure all of the concerns were looked into properly. You must go and ask for him if you end up visiting the dealership. 3. They do provide good financing rate. I already had a good rate from my bank, and yet they were able to match that rate. They definitely try to make you feel satisfied and comfortable while buying a car. I am happy with the purchase and the dealership. I would recommend it to everyone looking for a used car in the greater NY area.

New car shopping a picked up a 2019 Toyota Yaris (scion ia). Let me just say this car is an absolute blast. This car is extremely light and being it only makes 106 hp, you don’t really notice unless you come up to a hill. Very zippy around town, and high speed handling is phenomenal on the highway. Fuel mileage is outrageous! I average between 42-44 mpg with the 6 spd manual. Interior is very well laid out, the materials look and feel much higher quality than any of the other sub compacts. Pretty much every option is standard, and the sound system jams out! My only complaint is I’m 6’0 and it takes a bit to get comfortable. Other than that, you cannot beat it and I don’t think there is any other new car out there for less than $20 grand that can beat this thing!!!

Greentree Toyota provided the best price on the Prius Prime I was shopping around for. I actually took a test drive at another Toyota dealership, among the 6 dealers I was shopping around with. But they were unable to beat or even match the price Joe Cosgrove offered. They told me, "if Greentree is willing to stand by that price quote you should buy it because that's a really good offer". I decided to follow that advice and drove straight back to Danbury and bought the car that afternoon. Joe stuck around an extra 20 minutes and I bought the car at 5:20 PM on Saturday, Nov. 10th. Joe provided full instructions on how the car operates on the day I drove it home and I haven't had any problems with it. Just bought my first 8 1/2 gallons of gas this morning after driving it 519 miles. I've charged it up about 3 times so far and it does seem to go around 25 miles before the gasoline engine takes over. Very fuel efficient, I'm pleased.

I use the Scion iM for commuting as I have a high performance car for fun and driving in nice weather. The iM is the perfect commuter car for me. Great features for the price, very reliable and economical both in terms of good miles per gallon and low maintenance requirements. Not the quickest car around but it’s more than adequate for commuting and will cruise at 80MPH with ease. its also very quiet inside for an economy car. I’m very happy with the car.

My wife and I stopped into Smithtown Toyota to start our search for a new car for our daughter. We met with Sean Dietz, Certified Sales Consultant and ended up purchasing two new cars (Lease & Purchase) 2016 RAV 4 & 2017 Toyota Camry with the possibility of a third car Sienna Van. Sean was exceptional and really understood our needs while maintaining a transparency not experienced from other dealings with competitors or other sales people. We've always been skeptical of the car salesman stereotype, but Sean gave us peace of mind about our decision. My Toyota salesman of 30 years, from another dealership, recently retired. Based on the reviews from this website and others we decided on Smithtown Toyota and Lou Bilous. We met Lou about a month ago when my wife and I went in for a test drive. My wife was interested in a 2016 Rav4 Limited and he answered any and all questions that we had. At no time was there any pressure to buy/order which for me is the BIGGEST turnoff at any dealership. We agreed to return when the 2016 model showed up at the dealership. My wife and I left with a very good feeling about Lou. We returned in the middle of this month and placed a down payment on a 2016 Rav4 Limited. Lou could not have been nicer. His easy going ways made the entire process a pleasure ! My youngest daughter was with us and she was so impressed with Lou and the 2016 Rav4 that she also placed a down payment for one. We then met Diego and like Lou he couldn't have been nicer. There were no hidden charges or extra dealer fees added on except for the document fee of $75.00. Lou was able to locate the car we wanted from another dealership and on January 27th we went to pick it up. Lou went over the car in detail, again, answering all questions about its many features. We then met Stacy to go over the final paperwork. Again, no pressure at all to add additional options. She was a pleasure to deal with ! So our first experience with Smithtown Toyota was a very positive one. This is the way car buying should be. An honest, knowledgeable and friendly staff combined with fair pricing. Greentree is top notch! We brought our daughter to Greentree two weeks ago after a tornado totaled her car. She immediately fell in love with the 2018 Toyota Corolla LE! We had to go through the process of her previous car being deemed a total loss before she could decide if this was the right move! She considered a certified pre owned as well. Well today our 20 year old daughter purchased her very first new car - a beautiful shiny 2018 Corolla LE ( Galcatic Aqua) with 16 miles! Mike walked her through every step of this purchase and even sat in her new car with her before she left showing her each and every feature and how to use it (well past closing time)!!! Jose in the finance office was thorough and really worked with her budget, he made it work for her! This is the 3rd new Toyota in our household since 2015. The purchase of my 2017 Highlander on February 14th, 2017 was the third vehicle purchase in the last 13 months from Lou Bilous. My wife and daughter both bought Rav4's in January of 2016 and it was now my turn. As usual, Lou could not have been nicer or more professional. I can literally walk to another Toyota dealership from my house but to me it's well worth the 25 minute ride to Smithtown Toyota because of how Lou treats people. He's like dealing with a long lost friend. There's never any pressure or games. He's as honest as the day is long and represents the dealership and Toyota in such a positive way. This time around I had the pleasure of meeting sales manager Guy Albergo who, like Lou, was a pleasure to deal with. He was straightforward without a hint of BS. With a minimum of haggling we all reached an excellent price on the Highlander as well as the trade in price of my 2006 Highlander. Another positive point is the lack of surprise hidden costs. No dealer prep or any other fees and no outrageous DMV fees. When it was time to sign all the paperwork, business manager Jeff Bratisax was great ! He's the kind of guy that after just a couple of minutes you feel like you've known him forever. Personable, funny and extremely professional. Unlike other business manager's I've dealt with in the past, there was no hard sell at all, something I personally dislike very much. Today, February 17th I picked up the Highlander. Lou went over every aspect of the vehicle as well as the various manuel's which, when combined, looked as thick as 'War and Peace.' Things have gotten a lot more complicated over the past few years in terms of tech and safety features. Lou was on top of his game in terms of knowledge, patiently taking his time in explaining all the functions, and boy there were many. Then it was back to see Jeff for the final paperwork. He went over all of it in detail, making sure any questions I had were answered. Overall, this purchase like the previous two, could not have gone any better thanks to Lou, Guy and Jeff. Reliable and fuel efficient but that’s about it... Nice for a summer car, but not really designed to tolerate bad weather and rough roads- I just can’t see this car surviving too many more of these Massachusetts winters, and I just financed it in December 2018!!

I was looking to buy a 2016 Prius 4 WITH a spare tire. None of the other area dealers wanted to deal with the proper installation (not just throwing a spare in your trunk taking up space!). 1st Mark was very knowledgeable about the situation and described exactly how he would handle it. Then Paul confirmed everything and matched my pricing from other dealers(not including spare) The finale was a nice salesman named Aman who handled all the details and got the car ready for me by the time I wanted. Just a great all around experience that was well handled trying to fill a customer's needs. PS I would advise anyone who is interested in driving around safely without an ineffective fix-a-flat kit instead of a real spare to get their car here. PPS if you get a sidewall flat or one of the 15% of flats that don't work with the kit you will end up needing to be towed if you don't have a spare.

I bought my Sienna here in 2009 and never forgot the experience. When my current car (non-Toyota) had yet another problem, I knew it was time to purchase a new vehicle. I called and spoke with Liana Opatowski on Saturday. She patiently answered my zillion questions over the course of an hour. As she was not going to be in the next day, I asked her who she recommended I speak with; she mentioned Keith Williams. Keith was professional and equally patient. We had a deal in place almost immediately as we had the same information and research yet Keith acted like the gentleman he is. Jim Montgomery astutely handled the paperwork and Sales Manager Mark Schwartz helped answer final questions. While buying a car is never a "fun" experience- especially for me- Smithtown Toyota made it as easy as possible and I thank all of the staff there for their help.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The Scion FR-S, is a bang for your buck sports car. It won't blow you away in speed, however its real joy comes from simply driving it. It's comfort and handling while performing on the road is simply a dream for any driving enthusiast. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Im 6'1" so while I was comfortable someone riding in the backseat may not be. Very stable and safe. Reliable and long lasting I would think.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Was very happy with the service and professionalism at innovation Toyota. Went to buy a new rav and was thrilled to find the car I wanted immediately. The sales person was so helpful and to this day when I go in fir service everyone at the sales dept and service dept treats me like an old friend. 2 weeks after buying the rav my husbands pt cruiser,s engine went. We went back to Toyota and he bought a Camry. Again we are so happy with the cars and the people at innovation Toyota. We have each been in for 6 months service checks and again the service dept greeted us lime ok'd friends. My husband was a bit Leary about buying a Toyota because he has always had American made cars but he is really happy with his Camry and we are both happy with the customer treatment we received

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

First time leasing a car from Penn Toyota and it was a great experience. I have been leasing cars for 25 years and this was by far the best experience i have had. I have dealt with 3 different BMW dealerships, Cadillac, Lexus and others and Penn Toyota was better than all. Their transparent and straight forward approach made the process smooth and easy. Extremely friendly dealership--by the end of two visits we knew 4-5 different sales people (they all pitched in), the manager and the finance person. Maybe its the family ownership (third generation), or their pay structure--from what i was told the sales people are paid on customer satisfaction vs commission. Not sure how true but it definitely felt like it. Due to crazy schedule we were not able to pick the car up until 8pm on a thurs night...though they close at 9pm there were 3 sales people, the finance person and the owner still there helping us at 10:15pm. Eric (mgr), Steve, Kevin, and Sean in finance were awesome. Great experience and would highly recommend this dealership....first time I have written a review about anything.

I cannot tell you how much of a pleasure it was working with Chris and Art. From the first call I made to them to the time I was able to drive my car out of there was less than 3 days. They were accommodating in every way imaginable, and went above and beyond to help me with the process. I did not feel an ounce of pressure to buy anything when looking at different options. There was a small leak in an oil line that they easily could have never told me about. HOWEVER, they were quick to call me and let me know that the part had already been ordered from dealer and fixed it free of charge in under a day. The used car salesmen reputation certainly does not hold true for these two and I would recommend them to family and friends any day of the week. I will never lease or buy a car anywhere but Hudson Auto Traders.
