It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. 2007 BMW 328 review
Purchased my 07 BMW 328xi (E90) quite used, with 189,000 miles on it, and nearly no issues at all but for a badly-needed head unit upgrade and probably a systems software update (since it has no USB drives built into it, I'm unable to download and install the system software updates myself. Not a huge fan of the clonky iDrive or whatever it's called; seems a bit overkill. The factory DVD drive exclusively for Nav installation updates (that are now so beyond obsolete, they aren't even available,) is one of the more ridiculous decisions BMW made with this car. No full-size spare on extra rim in the trunk, which I thought was a German automotive norm, having owned four Audi A4s prior to this BMW. I was more than a little disappointed to find not only no full-size spare, but not even the space for one if you wanted one, and not even a spare tire of any sort, not even a lousy donut. And I get it, BMW has great faith in their "run-flat" tires. But every Audi I've owned has had not only factory run-flat tires, but ALSO the full-size spare rim and tire in a special compartment under the trunk. I'm stumped as to this continued oversight in BMW's decisions. The trunk location of the battery was a surprise, though now, having located three individual positive charging prods (two on the battery in the trunk, one on the upper left near the washer fluid reservoir,) I am decidedly a fan of having flexibility in car positioning for jumping other cars. I can't be positive, but I assume the floor mats that came with mine are factory, based on what I've seen online and the weird and raggedy shape of these horrendous things. Total fail, if so. I've had better stock floor mats in junky minivans than these frumpy little, not-quite-sized-right and with a weird flap of carpeting that sticks nearly onto the accelerator pedal itself, although it's unable to be tucked at all into the space underneath the pedals. Yuck. I expected better than these. Factory speakers throughout entire car still nearly mint, sound fantastic, and the audio controls allow for some pretty unique audio options (like the option to have the music automatically increase in volume as the car increases in speed lol. That's a funky little quirky. Um, can we real talk, BMW, about this whole outdated 90's-style popout cupholder situation? 🤔 I won't pretend to understand what the heck went on during that embarrassing decision, but man, that's not a good look or functional, you guys. Yeesh. Otherwise, so far so good. Smooth, comfy, classic style, beautiful paint color, impressive little car.

2017 Cadillac ATS review
I have had this car for 3 years so far. I love it! The car itself is very lively and can speed up very quickly. It is a comfortable car to sit in and while it is small that is why I bought it. The leather seats are comfy, and the seat warmers work well. It is great on gas mileage, and I find it does not take above 50$ to fill up. I commute to work daily, and this car is reliable and fun. I have had issues with this car such as the transmission wire harness needing to be replaced and the rear axle dif leaking and needing to be replaced. I also had an engine crank shaft house crack and that caused my car to stall. Other than these few minor issues it has been great. The car has a decent entertainment system but sometimes the CUE system lags a little bit. The electronic readings on my fuel MPG and my fuel tank estimate are wrong usually but they are about correct to the true reading. I would buy this car again.

2014 Honda Accord review
This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

2010 Mazda Mazda3 review
This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

2007 Honda Accord review
The last of the great accords. Purchased 2007 accord ex 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine in 2011 with 46,000 miles. I currently have 160,000 miles on the car. Up to recently it was just basic maintenance, oil brakes and tires etc. I had no mechanical repairs until the car was 16+ years and 150k miles, then it was just starter, control arms and 1 lower ball joint. The check engine light came on recently for the 1st time ever at 159,000. It was an oxygen sensor which I was able to replace myself. Before this car I had a VW jetta where the check engine was never off. Great car it runs and drives the same as when I first got it. Hope to drive for another 100k miles.

2008 Toyota Corolla review
I have owned my 2008 Corolla since it was a year old. It currently has 184,000 miles on it. Other than regular maintenance I have not spent one cent on repairs. The gas mileage is so great I never worry about the price of gas. It is so dependable and reliable it is almost like a good friend.

2010 Toyota Camry review
I bought this car used in 2023. It runs well. It is not the quickest car but it will always get the job done. I have the 2.5L 4 cylinder and it gets around 27 mpg on average. This car has never let me down and I plan on keeping it for a while. I would definitely recommend this car if you're looking for something that will last forever and get you from A to B.

2024 Tesla Model 3 review
This is easily the best car you can own. I decided to upgrade from a 2021 Tesla to my current Tesla Model 3 in November 2024, a few months after the model was refreshed. Both were amazing cars and blew me away. The 2024 model is extremely class-upgraded and refined over the original. It is easily the most luxurious and tech-forward car in its category. This car is ZIPPY, and it handles amazingly. The self-driving features are absolutely superb and get software updates frequently. This is the best car for road trips around town, honestly, anything you throw at it, it handles. It is so cheap to fill the range back up at home (I keep mine at 80% max unless road-tripping). The convenience alone of this car makes it worth it, but the material quality and luxury feel make it all the more worthwhile. Tesla's audio system is SO GOOD, it rivals the Harman and Bowers & Wilkins on other cars I've driven. The LED ambient lighting is so beautiful and adjustable. Cooled seats are a must on hot summer days, and you can even start them with one button on the app. So beautiful, fun to drive, and intuitive. Could not be happier with my purchase! You won't regret going with a Tesla!

The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!
2022 Subaru WRX review
It's a great car. Sports car with 4 doors, very maneuverable despite of the AWD. Fun in the mountains and the kids love it. Get the manual drive.

2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!
