I take care of my baby, i totally transformed the car , its pimped out now . Bought this car at 60k Miles in 2017 and now has 215k miles present day. I will say , My oil changes were every 5000miles with full synthetic oil used. I change the cvt fluid every 50000 miles or once a year for me cause i have heavier rims and tires on the car. I must say this is the best car i have owned by far and if you love it , it will love you.

Last week I discovered a nail embedded in the left rear tire of my 2020 Nissan Rogue. When I called and spoke with David, I was told to bring the car right in. It was serviced immediately. I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

I traded in my 22 Accord with the 1.5T and CVT transmission. My 2021 has the 2.0T and 10 speed automatic. It’s a great car for the money, dollar for dollar, you cannot beat it! Fully Loaded, very strong motor and tranny, rides beautiful, handles everything beautifully!

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. I’ve had many Mercedes-Benz models over the years, including AMG’s and the GLS 450 a wheel drive with 23 inch wheels makes this car track like a race car. Out of all the Mercedes-Benz models this is the best one you’ve ever had. The second row seats reclining just like the front row seats privacy shades and the third row comes in handy when needed plenty of cargo space for all those trips to the airport to pick up family and friends. It gets great gas mileage then other SUVs and it doesn’t look like a box like it’s competition. I had the dealer put the Mercedes-Benz standup medallion on the hood even though it has a huge Mercedes-Benz insignia on the front. I just like to see the stand up Star medallion from the driver seat guide me down the road..

I have purchased Volvo's from them and get them maintained there also. They are excellent in all regards. I highly recommend them. I have purchased several cars from them over the years. The process has been excellent.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

I worked with Frank McKanobb when I stopped by to look at the GV80 a week or so ago. It was the day after the last big snow we had and he was in a great mood the whole time. Didn't seem bothered or annoyed that he had to scrape ice off a car for me for 15 minutes before I could drive it. I apologized a few times, but he seemed genuinely glad to help me. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

A Truly Pleasant and Honest Car-Buying Experience I was feeling really upset this morning because of a dealership that kept changing the price, but then I happened to find a car that caught my eye on a website. Then I made an appointment at Merchants Auto for a test drive. At first, the place looked a bit quiet, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how friendly, professional, and proactive everyone was. There was about a $3,000 difference between the price I saw online and the one initially quoted at the dealership. I mentioned this and also showed them an offer I had received from another dealership the day before. I told them that if they could match that deal, I’d sign right away. They worked hard for nearly an hour — checking different options, running numbers — and finally made it happen. I signed the paperwork and made the down payment on the spot. Even better, the finance rate they offered was about half of what another Boston-area dealership had quoted me, which helped offset that $3,000 difference. What impressed me most was that the price we agreed on during negotiation was exactly the same when it came time to sign the papers — no hidden fees, no surprises. It was a bit of a drive to get there, but it was absolutely worth it. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and the entire experience. Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

I love my car. 5 speed with 20k miles. Ive put on another 100k. I have taken this little AWD car places most people dont drive their 4x4’s. But I am meticulous about maintenance. I’ve never had a single issue with anything other than a thermostat replacement and A/C recharge. With the manual I don’t have to worry about a crap cvt. The first clutch lasted 118,000 miles. The only issue was the trust bearing, the clutch was still good. You cant beat a manual AWD that gets 30+ mpg IMO. Take care of the car and it will take care of you.

Idy, Andrew and Mark Hanna took care of me and, as mentioned in a previous review, they did a spectacular job but last night I just received my Hummer H3 Alpha in Phoenix, Arizona, and these guys completely under sold how nice this vehicle is. I can’t believe how clean the interior is. This is a special vehicle, one owner and very hard to find because it is the alpha version as I mentioned, of the smallest hummer H3. For those of you who care to know, the alpha means it has the coveted 5.3 L V8 . The interior, both sets of floor mats - wow! I’m just blown away. I’m a car enthusiast, I’m picky to say the least and these guys did such a great job, the joy I feel when something like this happens is very pleasant. You made my day, you made my weekend thank you for being , honest and earnest. Relationships are built on trust and trust is built and honesty.
