Had a great experience purchasing my Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru East. Lou, Matt, and Francesco were all fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, everyone was upfront and easy to deal with, and they worked with me to get a great deal. I came all the way from Illinois, and they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Definitely worth the trip. Thanks again, guys!

I just purchased my 2nd Outback from the extraordinary Abe Brannan. The first purchase was a breeze and the car marvelous. This time it was like working with family. From the minute you step into the showroom everyone is ready to help. Thanks Dave H., Ben, and Josh. Nick, you make buying a car so easy, thank you. Abe, not only are you a very knowledgeable young man, you are truly a wonderful person, always ready to answer my many questions. Your smile and personality are endearing. You're the BEST. Cascade is the best Dealer around and Subaru is definitely my choice. Ask for Abe!

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
When I initially walked into Ken Ganley Subaru in Bedford to start the process of buying a used car, I was immediately greeted by Mike who was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. My prior car had been totaled out from an accident, and this was an unexpected purchase. I had to wait a few days for the insurance settlement to come in. And in that time I made sure to have everything ready to go to hopefully limit the time I had to spend at the dealership. I made an appointment with Mike to make sure he had the dedicated time to spend with me. When I arrived, he told me he was wrapping up paperwork with someone else, which was fine. But through the afternoon it became apparent he was continuing to work with them at the same time he was working with me. But the time I had been there 2.5 hours I still had not found the car I wanted despite Mike having told me he?d ?be right back with keys to another car for me?? I wound up working with James to get the process moving and by the time he was involved, the process seemed to move much smoother. I left the dealership around 6:00 PM with my 2026 Forester. I would have very much appreciated having the dedicated time set aside for me. I was frustrated with the length of time it took for the process of finding the car that I wanted. Outside of that, everything else was great.

David Oltmanns was the best salesperson I've ever encountered. Very professional, knowledgeable and warm. Not pushy. That along with his other attributes built trust for me. I'm very suspicious of salespersons. We clicked instantly. I brought my BFF with me. She was also impressed. She purchased a vehicle from him. Unfortunately my credit prohibited me from doing so. He'll see me again though, no doubt.

Everyone friendly. Nice waiting room. Told me how long it would take. Loved the review report card at end. Now I am comfortable driving for the winter.

Cascade Subaru review
The atmosphere was welcoming. Individuals readily introduced themselves even before I made a decision to purchase a new car. Liked the personal touch and ease in finding my way around the Subaru sales space. Matt Harteis was thorough, offered detailed explanations, and professional style mixed with personal touch. Introduced me to serveral employees.

Audi Cuyahoga Falls review
My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.
2026 Subaru Ascent review
Have had Ascent for 3 weeks. Have learned most of the controls. A couple of the safety features are annoying and have disabled them. Sound system is great! Ride and quietness are wonderful. Handling on mountain roads not quite as good as my 2014 Outback but still very good. Only real gripes are interior side of driver's door has sharp edges which bother my left knee in normal driving position and not as much room for personal glovebox junk as I had in my Outback. Gets overall about 22 mpg.

Grand Subaru review
I'm a.long time customer at Grand Subaru. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, I still go back there for all of my regular maintenance because they offer such excellent and efficient service. Although they offer a pickup service, I always choose to go in wait there, because they never take long, and the waiting area is pleasant. Any work that needs to be done is well explained, and everyone is pleasant to deal with.
