Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Had a great experience purchasing my Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru East. Lou, Matt, and Francesco were all fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, everyone was upfront and easy to deal with, and they worked with me to get a great deal. I came all the way from Illinois, and they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Definitely worth the trip. Thanks again, guys!

Byers Dublin SubaruReviews
Byers Dublin Subaru review
My wife and I went in to just look at new Subaru's with no intention on actually buying one at that time. As we were browsing the lot, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson, Renae Marcum. After a conversation with her, we looked around at various new (and a few used) models of Outback. She put no pressure on us at all to purchase anything, and even stayed with us answering our numerous questions, even after telling her we had no plans to buy right now. We knew at some point we wanted to upgrade our car to something larger for camping and cross-country travels. After taking home a brochure and researching the Subaru web site a bit, we decided that we did want to buy a car now. We had decided on the Outback Wilderness in Geyser blue. We contacted Renae with our decision to order a new vehicle with our desired options. Lucky for us they already had a Geyser blue ordered from Subaru that had not made it to the assembly line yet. They were able to put in a change order to get the exact options we wanted on the vehicle. A few weeks later, it showed up just a week before a scheduled 3,500 mile trip to 5 National parks. The car was delivered with a very thorough walk through of all the features and how to use them. This made our trip 1000 times better then expected. We love the car and have had no issues with it at all. Renae and Byers Subaru were extremely friendly, helpful, no pressure, and had great communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely buy from them again, and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I just purchased my 2nd Outback from the extraordinary Abe Brannan. The first purchase was a breeze and the car marvelous. This time it was like working with family. From the minute you step into the showroom everyone is ready to help. Thanks Dave H., Ben, and Josh. Nick, you make buying a car so easy, thank you. Abe, not only are you a very knowledgeable young man, you are truly a wonderful person, always ready to answer my many questions. Your smile and personality are endearing. You're the BEST. Cascade is the best Dealer around and Subaru is definitely my choice. Ask for Abe!

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
When I initially walked into Ken Ganley Subaru in Bedford to start the process of buying a used car, I was immediately greeted by Mike who was extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. My prior car had been totaled out from an accident, and this was an unexpected purchase. I had to wait a few days for the insurance settlement to come in. And in that time I made sure to have everything ready to go to hopefully limit the time I had to spend at the dealership. I made an appointment with Mike to make sure he had the dedicated time to spend with me. When I arrived, he told me he was wrapping up paperwork with someone else, which was fine. But through the afternoon it became apparent he was continuing to work with them at the same time he was working with me. But the time I had been there 2.5 hours I still had not found the car I wanted despite Mike having told me he?d ?be right back with keys to another car for me?? I wound up working with James to get the process moving and by the time he was involved, the process seemed to move much smoother. I left the dealership around 6:00 PM with my 2026 Forester. I would have very much appreciated having the dedicated time set aside for me. I was frustrated with the length of time it took for the process of finding the car that I wanted. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
Leased a VW Tiguan from Ken Ganley, Bedford, Ohio. Salesperson Howard Micenmacher assisted my wife and I. He knew the vehicle features inside and out and instantly answered all of our questions in detail. He was aware of the process for the Costco auto program which we used. Easily one of the most knowledgeable salespeople that I've ever dealt with (I'm 52). We also appreciated no pressure sales and the fact that he was very conscientious of our time. I would return to the dealership just for him.
