2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
We love our new Subaru car… Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid. The process was challenging. Chris Baird worked with us every step of the way. When we felt unsure, he didn’t hesitate to present any option we were interested in. Chris would define the pros for us on each model. Subaru was right on target with trade in value. We were able to do all our business in one place…the Subaru dealers. We have never had a Hybrid car. Chris was so patience informing us of all details. He also spent, as much time as we needed, going over features of our car. We were very comfortable and happy with our new car. Chris is awesome at his job. He is truly an asset to the Subaru dealers. Awesome service as usual. Called on Monday about having a tire repaired after a flat and they got us in the next day. They checked the tire and explained that where the nail went in it caused damage that couldn’t be repaired. When I questioned why I couldn’t replace just the one tire, Gary the service manager explained that because my Outback is all wheel drive that all four tires needed to be replaced and the reason why. While my husband and I waited Nolan the service advisor kept us informed as to how things were going. Everyone at that dealership is so friendly and courteous. We have dealerships closer to us, but we will make the drive to go to Tri-City Subaru

all the employees at granite subaru are top notch. they have an excellent waiting area that is huge and offers free coffee and wifi. the sales and service team are great and always have a phenominal attitude. the service advisor said that my 2020 subaru outback would be ready in 1 and one half hours and it was. I highly recommend granite subaru for sales and service.
2026 Subaru Crosstrek review
Handling and features are great. It was pretty easy getting used to diving it and learning features. I had been driving a Honda CRV for 9 years and was a lot the same.
