Good Experience with Queens Koeppel Subaru A good friend brought me to Raju after she had several positive experiences with his services. I purchased my car more than 12 months ago and have continued to be pleased. The service that I received from Raju, my car salesman, was exceptional. Raju listened well and acted immediately on any request; most of all, he was responsive even weeks after I had purchased the vehicle. He not only guided me to a Subaru vehicle that suited my needs, but also explained why the technology would or would not be a good match, then gave me ample time and space to make my decision. He is a good listener, keeps his word, and is straightforward. I appreciate that in a car salesperson.

thank you to raju miah and the team for the hospitality and a seamless experience! I feel so comfortable and safe in my (new to me) pre owned car. A competitive price for a car ideal for driving around NYC, lucky to find it at this site with only 1400 miles. I was able to leave with it the same day thank you!!!

Stephen and Q Gordon were wonderful! They got the car and color I wanted. They even put a big bow on my car to take pics. Mario was fast and smooth with the paperwork. I wouldn't go any where else.

Customer Service at Subaru is the best..Art Azzarito in Service listened to what was going wrong with my car today, and corrected it.. I appreciate the kindness always, when I talk to you. Corey Henderson, the General Manager, always takes care of his clients, and also amazing to talk to. Kudos to you both for always listening, caring and taking care of business. You both make the difference, 100, that I appreciate so much. TY, 2u both..

Koeppel Subaru review
After a disappointing shopping experience with a dealership based at Commack in Long Island, I stumbled upon Koeppel for a certified 2022 Subaru with the premium package and 14,000 miles that was advertised online. Upon my arrival - in person - the advertised price was what I got with no additional hidden or “mandated” fees. The test drive was immediately followed by a handshake that sealed the deal. I have nothing but praise for the gentleman that guided me through the whole buying process. The vehicle is being prepped as I write this review. Should I need to purchase another vehicle in the future, not only will this dealership be on my list, I will not hesitate to recommend it with friends, relatives and acquaintances who are currently shopping - or will shop - for their next car.
