Tom Wood Subaru review
The crew at Tom Wood is second to none. They are transparent about the work that is being completed, they dont try to sell you blinker fluid or landing gears. They will go above and beyond for you as their normal routine practice. Micheal is amazing, he's honest, kind, patient and makes you feel like you matter to him. Fredo is also pretty kick xxx! You will pay slightly more - but how much is your peace of mind worth when driving 70mph with your children in the back seat! Ill pay a little more and enjoy my sense of security that having tom wood maintain my vehicle! Totally worth any extra that you might pay....and by the time they are done, considering the services they provide you really aren't paying more, it just sometimes feels that way, they are the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership!

2019 Subaru Forester review
I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I’ve driven the Forester before and have been wanting one for two years. So now that it was time for me to give up my 2010 Legacy with 222,000 miles on it, I chose the Forester. The dealer is very customer friendly and very competitive in their pricing, even though I paid 25K plus for a four year old car…vestiges of the used car pandemic pricing. The car drives beautifully, smooth and quiet. I am very happy with my purchase.

2019 Subaru Forester review
I recently had my car stolen and totaled. I actually work for the dealership and enjoy the work I do with the company. Mr krohn has been helping me out for the past month and a half with a car. I was quite pleasantly surprised to have such a good experience at Subaru of Kings Automall. Just days before at a different dealer, I was treated to the classic bait-and-switch when I showed up to test drive an advertised car (after calling to verify it was there first). At Subaru of Kings Auto Mall, the car was ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Peter in sales was friendly and helpful. Price was as advertised. They offered a fair value for my trade. They offered add-on services as an option, not the common hard sell. The whole process was smooth and fast; they seemed actively invested in not wasting my time, a real breath of fresh air after many contrasting experiences at other dealerships.
