The service appointment time and work duration was done as promised and service writers couldn't have been any more polite and professional. I also appreciate that they didn't put too much pressure on me with further maintenance suggestions. Most importantly, my outback is running great

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my vehicle at Napleton's Subaru in Paletine, Illinois. The salesperson Bart Wajtyla was very professional and courteous. He explained features in the vehicle well during the test drive. He even gave me a bottle of water while he was completing the transaction of selling me a vehicle. His manager and he compromised with me very well until the vehicle was purchased.

2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

Castle Subaru McHenryReviews
Castle Subaru McHenry review
This was my 11th Subaru purchase, and without question, it was the most memorable buying experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Olivia set the tone. On my first visit, it was absolutely pouring rain, but she never let the weather slow her down. She gladly brought out multiple Outbacks for me to compare, answered every question with patience, and made sure I had everything I needed to make the right decision. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, positivity, and genuine care were evident from day one. Nicole made the business side of the process equally impressive. She was transparent, fair, and solutions-oriented throughout the negotiation. Rather than making it feel like a transaction, she made it feel like a partnership. She listened, communicated clearly, and demonstrated the kind of leadership that creates long-term customer loyalty. Nate wrapped everything up with the same level of excellence. He took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, answered all of my questions, and made what is often the least enjoyable part of buying a vehicle surprisingly comfortable. His emotional intelligence and authenticity stood out, and I truly appreciated the way he treated me throughout the process. I’ve purchased eleven Subarus over the years, but this experience was different. The vehicle is outstanding, but what I’ll remember most is the people. Olivia, Nicole, and Nate each played a role in creating an experience built on trust, professionalism, and genuine customer care. Thank you all for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists. You’ve earned not only this sale but my continued loyalty and enthusiastic recommendation to anyone looking for their next Subaru.

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
My experience purchasing my new Subaru was fantastic. My sales person Anastasia was amazing. She was very helpful knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with my first new car purchase. Her knowledge not only about the car but her ability to speak English, Russian and Ukrainian was very valuable to me as English is not my first language. I would recommend her and your dealership to any of my friends and family who would be interested in purchasing a new vehicle in the future. Thank you for making my first purchase so comfortable.
