Haldeman Subaru review
After doing all my homework on our next new Forester contacted several dealers and Haldeman car dealer was sñthe place to go. Came to an agreement on our price ( which was lower than others) on our 2025 dealing with Nick Renci who never push pressure on us. The final price was excellent as was dealing with the car salesmen Nick R. Even after we went in for signing they accepted other coupon discount on vehicle which brought out price even lower. Will recommend Nick Renzi to be a salesmen to contact for a car purchase!
2022 Subaru Forester review
I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

I needed a reliable "Mobile Office" as I call it so I could have peace of mind on the road, as a Mobile Health Insurance Sales Broker. My salesman Jay Jackson gave me a naturally warm welcome and I was he carefully found the right car for me, explaining the entire process with patience and kindness. It was simple. He even set up my blue-tooth phone service and made sure I knew how to work it! I am very pleased with my sales experience from Jay and my peace of mind service agreement. I highly recommend to any car-buying consumer to "GO SEE JAY"! at Lester Glenn Subaru. ~Dianne G.

2026 Subaru Forester review
This is my second Subaru, I just returned a 2024 Crosstrek, after three different Rav4’s I lease. I got the 2026 Subaru Forester Onyx Sport Edition. It’s all blacked out, with 17 inch wheels and Harmon audio, remote start, panoramic sunroof, all the safety features you name. I am in love with this thing so much higher up than the Crosstrek, more pick up, roomier, just all around better. I even like it better than any of my Ravs.

I was recommended by my brother to come here, and I’m really glad I did. Eugene was extremely helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy to understand and was patient with all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend others to stop by when looking for a vehicle.
2023 Subaru Forester review
Overall, at 60k miles, I’ve had no problems and am very happy. I average around 34 mpg’s with mixed driving. I’m happy with the acceleration as well, even though Subaru’s without a turbo are sometimes labeled as slow. I have no problem merging onto highways. The Forester is an easy to live with SUV/car. The rear room is adequate, although the CRV offers about 10 cubic feet more rear capacity. Visibility is excellent. The CVT is smooth and has simulated shifts, just make sure you change the fluid every 30k! I own the Limited with leather seats that are very comfortable. Sometimes the response time on the radio/touch screen can feel a little delayed. I also opted for the dimming driver/rear view mirrors which is great during winter commuting. It saves your eyes from glare. Very view cars offer this which is why I went with the Subaru. My only “major” complaint with the car is a slight rattle coming from the dash board area. It isn’t always there, but is present enough to bother me. Aside from that it is an excellent vehicle and value for the money!

2026 Subaru Forester review
Rid is my third Subaru since 1984. First was a Subaru station wagon, had for 20 yrs, 220,000 miles. Second was a 2004 Subaru Forester. Just sold to another individual for $2,000 with 184,000 miles on it. Still running, original air, only issue was check engine light being on and couldn’t find what issue was. New owner thinks he may have identified and hoping to be fixed. I was hoping he might get another 100,000 miles out of car. He said he would be thrilled with 50,000. Just bought a brand new 2026 basic Forester. Love it even with all the new electronics on it.

2026 Subaru Forester review
I bought this 2026 Subaru Forester Premium to replace the 2026 KIA Sportage that we had bought back in November 25. The KIA wasn't bad but the service department sucks. It had peeling paint on the bumper, and they denied the warranty claim, I started thinking if they are going to deny peeling paint what happens when something goes wrong with the engine or transmission. So much for their 10-year 100,000-mile warranty, what a joke. We currently own a 2024 Subaru Outback and now the 2026 Subaru Forester. All of the Subarus that we have own have treated us good, just make sure that keep up with maintenance and they last a long time. Landers Mclartys Subaru in Huntsville, AL, treated very fair with our trade-in and price on both vehicles,

Autolenders Lawrenceville review
Auto Lenders of Princeton were absolutely amazing to work with while helping me get my dream truck. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and refreshingly straightforward. Ross Kauffman and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. They took the time to answer all my questions, never applied any pressure, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find a dealership that’s this easy and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend Auto Lenders of Princeton to anyone looking for a great vehicle and an even better buying experience.
2023 Subaru Forester review
LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

2024 Subaru Forester review
Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Although the used (non-Subaru) car I was interested in ended up selling before I could make it to the dealership, the salesman, Dan, stayed in touch and kept me informed about the car’s status throughout the process.
2024 Subaru Forester review
I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I came into the dealership for a specific car I saw online. It was a used 2023 Kia Sorento EX very low mileage, very clean, and drove nicely. I was torn because it had a recall, and the part was not available and uncertain of any future problems. The staff and salesperson Maria was awesome, with no pressure, and provided options on used vs. new Subaru vehicles.

We dealt with Abigail Abbate in the Lakewood Pine Belt Subaru dealership. She was extremely helpful and did not pressure us. She came back with a deal that we agreed would suit our needs.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Had a great experience here. The Specialist I dealt with, Randy, was great. Very informative and HONEST. This is not something you get at dealerships. I highly recommend going here for your purchase.

My only complaints are, it could use a little more power and a little less road noise. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my Subaru Forester Touring.

Autolenders Lawrenceville review
I’ve leased and bought vehicles from several dealerships prior to doing business with Autolenders, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had! Moe and Alex were top rate. I felt like a partner in the process instead of someone they were trying to take advantage of. I’d buy every future car from Autolenders in Princeton if possible.

Pine Belt Subaru of Lakewood review
Everyone at Pine Belt Subaru in Lakewood were wonderful to deal with. They helped me get what I wanted in a used vehicle. Everyone from the salesman Frederick to all departments were friendly, nice and worked with me to find me what I wanted. I love my Crosstrek that I purchased today and my financing was a payment I can work with. I highly recommend for anyone looking for new or used car to shop with them. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
2023 Subaru Forester review
The radio and the heat settings leave a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a heater setting, you won’t find it. Nothing annoys me more than unrequested updates on flood watch/warning. it just can’t be tailored to exactly where you live. But every 6 minutes is a bit of overkill. And our previous Forester had a tray in the middle storage (glove box). Even though we asked our salesman about that, we have heard nothing. Missing the change tray a lot.

Autolenders Lawrenceville review
I recently purchased a vehicle on June 9th at the Lawrenceville, NJ location. My salesman, Moe Abed was professional and helpful, and did not push any sales pitches on me. He allowed me the space to shop, and make my selections. When I was ready to test drive, he quickly had the vehicle ready for me, which made it easy to make my decision. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Auto Lenders, and I appreciate the entire sales team! Thank you!
2023 Subaru Forester review
Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

Lester Glenn SubaruReviews
Lester Glenn Subaru review
This is the second Subaru Outback that we purchased from Mark Bellotti. He went out of his way to make our purchase of a 2021 Outback stress free and followed up with several phone calls to see how we were doing with the car and to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. He is an excellent salesperson. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle at Lester Glenn Subaru.
2023 Subaru Forester review
This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.

I can honestly say that our experience could not have been any better. This is the 3rd car that we have gone through Mike Moursy, and he is excellent at his job.He is knowledgeable, personable , informative, and honest. We don't see any reason why we will not continue to use Mike and Freehold Subaru in the future. Our experience with the finance manager David was also great.

I just recently purchased my first Subaru although all of my family members owned them for years. I purchased a touring Forester and I love it It is spacious and very quiet and ride beautifully. It's a great value and my insurance company agrees with the safeties of Subaru.

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.
2022 Subaru Forester review
My purchase history has been that of a General Motors enthusiast. My wife worked with Subaru owners; they had no complaints. Decades of commercial truck driving exposed me to witnessing the site's of too many bad accidents. The Subaru safety record has earned my loyalty.
