Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

We left feeling that we received very good discounts but talking with other Subaru owners we all ended up paying about the same. Dealership interior could be nicer, other dealerships had free coffee and donuts, light music playing, nicer seating less cold feeling to the decor. Received logo hat and coffee mug has a bonus at my last dealership.

In an industry that is notoriously and stereotypically based on haggling the customer, I never once felt any pressure to buy anything I didn't want or need. My experience actually started the night before when she emailed me to introduce herself...awesomde! When we met in person, Tatiana began by telling me the difference of Subaru and everyone else. She answered all my questions with detail, honesty, humor, patience, and integrity. We then spent some time getting to know each other. In the end, it didn't feel like a sales experience at all...more like talking with an old friend, and cares just happened to be the subject of our conversation. I would highly recommend Tatiana to anyone who is new to buying a car, someone who knows nothing about cars, or to anyone who values trust, care, and integrity when looking to buy a car.
