Everyone went above and beyond from small little details like when rotating my tires they cleaned my Brembo brake calibers completely when they mounted my wheels back on they lined up all of my tire lettering so they matched on both sides small details like that, show me that their service team truly cares about the customers cars and the experience they have being serviced there . I was in and out in less than an hour. They scheduled my next service for the end of this year.

Irvine Subaru review
A friend bought the Crosstrek sport 2 years ago. After riding in her car and knowing what a satisfied customer she's been, I decided to do a little research myself, reading reviews, comparing to other vehicles in the same class and finally, taking a Crosstrek for a test drive. I've now been driving my Crosstrek for about 6 weeks and I'm delighted with every aspect.

He offered us added packages and explained each one to us, but didn't force us to buy anything we didn't want. With my previous experiences at other dealerships, I wasn't sure this would be any different. But this was such a nice experience. No headache no hassle no issues. They washed the car and got it nice and ready for us before leaving the dealership and it didn't take long either.
