Low- pressure salesmanship appreciated!

My need for another vehicle came unexpectedly when my older car suddenly became disabled. A good friend/community member suggested I contact Glockner's Honda-Toyota because of their good reputation for sales, service, and selection. I met with Caleb Smith who, after assessing my needs in a vehicle, set out to show me the selections available and educate me to the options. He worked tirelessly in 90+ degree heat to bring up several cars for test-driving (and even provided me with a cold bottle of water!). Mr. Smith was consistently professional, patient , knowledgeable, and provided a "low-pressure" environment in which to make this unexpected financial decision. Robin Frasure provided a smooth and pressure-free closing to the deal, educating me to the extended warranty available and allowing me to make a decision around my budget I am very, very pleased with the service I received and will be glad to refer others to Glockners and to Caleb Smith in particular. In fact, my husband was taking a look around the lot at the time I was concluding my transaction and he also decided to make a new purchase just days later. Now we are both enjoying our new vehicles.
