We have owned it for about a week. We had a little issue with the sunroof, but Craig and his staff took care of that. Also, the Back Seat Headrests are missing, and they are getting those for us.

In October 2020 I purchased my 2020 Ford Explorer ST at Koons Sterling Ford and have loved every minute of driving it. I've had it in for regular maintenance and recalls at the dealership but just recently on September 26, 2025, I had my best experience when I brought my Explorer in for a new battery. I had the pleasure of having Bradley Cadenas as my service rep and was very impressed with his professionalism and his outstanding product knowledge regarding my Ford Explorer. I wasn't aware of the FordPass reward points I had accumulated, and Bradley was very helpful in helping me manage these and applying them towards the cost of the new battery and related service work. I felt like I got the "red carpet" treatment and look forward to working with Bradley in the future--he is a credit to the dealership and particularly to the service department. I've had Subaru brand since 1978. All were great cars. I stuck with Outback model as I like the space and AWD. Also had Camry, Mercedes, Corvettes etc so I wasn't just with one manufacturer.

Rich, the owner, worked with Dante to also set me up with a six month or 6000 mile warranty for a piece of mind for my used truck purchase. it was easy to finance this vehicle as I have worked with the same finance company before and the whole approval only took less than 15 minutes. We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

I contacted JNM online and received an quick response followed by a phone call and a pleasant conversation. The SUV I was interested in was available and the price was semi-negotiable. We went and met Muhammad, drove the vehicle alone, negotiated a fair price, got paperwork for my bank, returned the next day and drove it home. JNM fixed a few minor problems with the vehicle overnight. The whole experience was pleasant and personal. I highly reccommend Ali and Muhammad when you go to purchase your next used vehicle, they were great!

I had the pleasure of working with Lee and he helped me find my beautiful 2011 Acura! He was very very polite and was able to work with my budget. I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. Lee also was able to work with me even though I had a hard time locating my registration papers. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! Especially because I’m a caregiver and my clients and I rely on transportation.The staff was amazing very welcoming and I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need another car!
