Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.

Pacific Subaru treated us very nicely indeed. AND they have a caffe latte machine!!! We would have bought our Forester XT there -- if we had known it existed. It's MUCH closer to our home than where we bought it.

Buying a new car at Subaru pacific was one of the easiest new car buys, and I have bought a number of new cars in my 68 years. Brittanie and tom were excellent. I drove three and half hours to buy because I wanted the 50th anniversary edition and no dealer around me had one. I got there and all the paperwork was ready in and out in less than 2 hours and that included test drive and showing me everything about the car.
John Jacinto met me at my car when I arrived 15 min. before their scheduled time to open. Very helpful, thorough, listened to my concerns, and addressed them all respectfully. It was a great experience overall. The staff is real friendly and happy to get the job done as fast as possible too. I thought I would have to wait for the car to even come to the shop & it arrived like minutes later so I got to drive off the lot too. I will be back!
I had a service appointment and was attended promptly by Peter. I didn?t have to wait long for a courtesy car to drive me home while my car was being serviced. Peter kept me updated on the service being done and approximate time it will finish. Then he promptly arranged for a car to pick me up from my house back to the dealer to get my car. Very efficient! All the staff are friendly. My car was washed and clean when I got it. As always, I received Exceptional service from Subaru Sherman Oaks service center.
That day didn't start well since I had an accident and my previous car was a total loss. The dealer was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt confident about my choice and I can tell you I love my Kia! So not so much a bad day after all ¿
