Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
I arrived a little early but was checked in promptly. Since I did not have a ride home, I waited for my service to be completed, which was done in less than 2 hours. My service rep, Tommy Hatcher, was very helpful and I really enjoy working with him.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I had some weird requirements. I bought a full-sized spare exactly like the other wheels/tires on the car so I wanted it to fit in the wheel well. It did that. I also wanted a car that had a very convenient way of turning off the auto on/off feature where the car's engine turns off when you come to a light. I also wanted AWD. The cabin is quieter than my previous car so that's also a plus. The seats are very comfortable. The only small negative is that the map lights are very weak. I will have them replaced with LED bulbs at the car's first oil change at 3000 miiles.

Ken Ganley Subaru BedfordReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford review
Leased a VW Tiguan from Ken Ganley, Bedford, Ohio. Salesperson Howard Micenmacher assisted my wife and I. He knew the vehicle features inside and out and instantly answered all of our questions in detail. He was aware of the process for the Costco auto program which we used. Easily one of the most knowledgeable salespeople that I've ever dealt with (I'm 52). We also appreciated no pressure sales and the fact that he was very conscientious of our time. I would return to the dealership just for him.
2026 Subaru Outback review
This is my third Subaru but my first Outback. I loved my Legacy and my Forester but this vehicle is overall better in most ways. The ride and comfort is outstanding and the performance is adequate for my needs. The Infotainment system and climate controls are perfect. The built-in navigation needs lots of changes and I wouldn't recommend it right now as it tells me to turn left when you need to turn right. It even sometimes shows the opposite direction on the map. The speed limits shown is often wrong as well like the maps are out of date. Wireless Android Auto doesn't work well either and often blanks out. I hope that these items will be fixed via updates. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive.

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Ken & Frank were great to work with. No pressure, Ken was knowledgeable about my car, the entire process went faster than I expected and everyone was very personable.
2026 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2026 Subaru Outback Premium. The car drives great (super smooth/quiet) and the new interior/driver controls are fantastic. Both the climate control and the entertainment system are vast improvement over the 2025 Outback. The sound system is really good for being the Premium model. I got 28 mpg on the first tank of gas and am getting 29 mpg on the second tank of gas. Mostly city driving. I paid right at $33k, which is fantastic value for this great of a car.

Had a great experience purchasing my Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru East. Lou, Matt, and Francesco were all fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, everyone was upfront and easy to deal with, and they worked with me to get a great deal. I came all the way from Illinois, and they made the entire process smooth and straightforward. Definitely worth the trip. Thanks again, guys!

Ken Ganley Subaru North OlmstedReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru North Olmsted review
★★★★★ Excellent Buying Experience, From Negotiation Through Home Delivery I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Touring XT from Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, and overall, it was one of the better car buying experiences I've had. Nearly the entire transaction was handled remotely, including negotiations, financing arrangements, and ultimately delivery of the new vehicle to my home and pickup of my trade-in. Jackie Lemmo deserves considerable credit for getting the process started on the right foot. We exchanged numerous emails while I was comparing vehicles and pricing from several dealerships. Jackie was responsive, patient, and willing to take my questions and offers to Robert Brown, who worked with her to put together a very competitive deal. Ultimately, Ganley's pricing on the exact vehicle and color we wanted was compelling enough to earn our business. Once we agreed on the vehicle and pricing, Mike Berges took over the transaction and coordinated the remaining details. Mike was friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. He helped arrange the financing, trade-in, and delivery logistics, answering questions along the way. Rather than requiring us to drive to the dealership, Ganley brought our new Outback directly to our home, completed the paperwork, and took our old Outback back with them. That convenience was greatly appreciated. The purchase price was excellent, the trade-in allowance was fair, and the financing terms were attractive. Throughout the sales process, I felt the dealership was making a genuine effort to earn our business rather than simply pressure us into a purchase. There were some misunderstandings surrounding the warranty, and the final paperwork reflected a different plan than the one I had negotiated. I recognize that I should have reviewed those details more carefully before signing, but it was nonetheless a disappointing part of an otherwise excellent experience. To Ganley's credit, when I raised the concern afterward, Mike remained responsive and worked to get management involved. Robert Brown personally contacted me, discussed the situation, and offered a couple of reasonable solutions. We ultimately reached a satisfactory resolution, and Ganley followed through as promised. I'm giving Ganley five stars because the overwhelming majority of the experience was excellent. Jackie and Robert worked hard to put together a competitive deal, Mike did an outstanding job coordinating the purchase and home delivery, and management ultimately stood behind its commitment to resolve my concern. My advice to future buyers is the same advice I'd give anyone purchasing a vehicle: carefully review the details of any extended warranty or finance-office products before signing. That's an important lesson regardless of where you buy. I would absolutely recommend Ken Ganley Westside Subaru, particularly Jackie Lemmo and Mike Berges, and I wouldn't hesitate to consider them again for a future purchase. Thank you to everyone involved for making what is often a stressful process remarkably convenient and, overall, very positive.

Gannon was fantastic as usual. He was very knowledgeable about all the various model subarus sold. He was available when I could meet with him. I was interested in an 2026 Outback Touring XT and he took hos time with all my questions. I had to come back a couple times to finalize the deal and he took his time with me. Last year he helped my wife with a 2025 Forester Touring model that she purchased.

This is my second Subaru Outback. I loved the 2017 & this one is even better. The improved eyesight is nice & the backup camera is wonderful. The extension on the visor is a small but quite helpful.

I started looking for my Subaru last year with no luck. This year I went to Ken Ganley Subaru. Everyone was professional and polite. The atmosphere was pleasant and the car buying process was great. Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review

Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
The staff were very friendly, and my salesman, Burak, made the entire process as easy as possible. He listened to what was important to me, guided me toward the best options, and helped me find my perfect car without trying to upsell me or push me beyond my budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and customer-focused approach. I highly recommend working with Burak if you're looking for a stress-free car-buying experience!
2026 Subaru Outback review
I love Subaru automobiles. I usually buy Forresters, I trade up every 3 years. My only complaint with the Forrester is the cabin noise is loud. When I went to the dealership I saw a different looking Subaru. It was the 2026 Outback which had been redesigned and looked like a SUV not a station wagon. I drove it and boom, problem solved. The outside noise was not loud at all. It had the same great features, plus more than my Forrester had. I fell in love! The new color an emerald green caught my eye and I have had many compliments on it. The ride is smooth, it is roomier than the Forrester. I am so happy with my purchase
