We made it there in 20 mins. A sales person greeted us in the lobby all ready to go. We took the car for a drive and liked it so we were willing to move forward. The problem was that we didn't have time because had a babysitter at home with kids and had to go back. They quickly evaluated my trade-in and offered a fair deal. They took some information down and we were on our way home. They took care of running numbers for the loan and after 30 mins later I got a text with my options. Raj helped me lease for the first time. I selected the 2026 Crosstrek for its simplicity and safety features. I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a car that can get me to & from work. The great deal being advertised at the time was also a big draw. I needed a car quickly and had to go through the process as a solo female. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed into anything or being force fed gimmicks. Raj took time to settle my worries and allowed me time to consult my family members. A week later Bryce went over the tech with me & answered some additional concerns I had as a first time lessee. 2026 Subaru Trailseeker review
A very smooth ride with easy to use controls and comfortable interior. We also love the service we have had so far from our local Subaru dealer. One area to be aware of if this is your first EV. Range does not equal mileage you will be able to get. Several factors affect driving range.

This dealership was amazing to work with on leasing my Crosstrek. Alexis was my sales person and she was incredible! She remembered little details from our first contact (a suitcase fitting in trunk) and never forgot my preferences and bottom line budget number. The entire staffed worked with me to get my deal down to what I could afford. Even though it was the end of the month and a holiday weekend, I never felt like a number to them. The finance professional, Greg, took the time to make sure I understood all details of the contract, did not try to upsale me on things I wouldn’t need and answered ALL my questions without talking down to me or making me feel stupid for not knowing on my own. As a single woman shopping for a car on my own, trust is important to me and respect. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or was not getting the attention I deserved. The follow-up AFTER the deal was done was also incredible. I received welcome emails and calls, I was offered a free service call just to go over all the features of the vehicle, I was treated to a free car wash when my new tags came in and they were placed on the car for me as well! I was able to personally communicate with the general manager, Michael, when a piece of scam mail came to me looking like official Subaru program and was guided by him on how to handle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and treated me with dignity and respect. The refreshments were delicious, the bathrooms were clean and the entire atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming and friendly! This is the place to buy a Subaru if you are in Maryland!
