Brought my car in for 60,000 mile service. Told the service advisor about a couple of additional things I wanted checked. Service advisor told me the price to repair each area I asked about and also said that the AC was leaking. I was quite surprised since I had service done on the AC within the last year. The advisor checked and confirmed that work was done on the AC last year and thought perhaps the fluid on the AC was old and dried up from the last service on the unit. The mechanic confirmed this was probably the case. This leads me to be concerned when the service advisor is recommending services on my vehicle. A needed repair should never have been discussed with me until it was confirmed that the repair was actually needed.

I recently took my car in for oil change, tire rotation and 5 point inspection. Everything went smoothly except no one checked the tire pressure and made the needed adjustments. In fact I’m not even sure the tires were rotated. I knew the tire pressures needed to be adjusted …..I guess it was my assumption they would check / correct the tire pressures. After I was on my way home I checked the tire pressures and the numbers are the same as before I took the car in to them

My mom and I first fell in love with the Outback back in September 2025, when we rented one for a 1,000-mile road trip and my son?s boot camp graduation. It was the first car that both of us truly felt comfortable riding in for long distances. By December, I traded in my beloved sports car for my own Outback??Olive??and I absolutely loved it. Fast forward to last week: I went in for a routine oil change and happened to receive a ?trade-up? email. Out of curiosity (and maybe a little daydreaming about hybrids), I started browsing. I was shocked to see how affordable the newer EV models were?especially the Uncharted. When I arrived for my appointment, I decided to explore my options, and I?m so glad I did. Shelby, the trade-up specialist, was incredibly patient and answered all of my (many!) questions without any pressure. She helped me land an amazing deal?zero down, zero interest?and my monthly payments are basically what I was already spending on gas. The financing process was smooth, efficient, and refreshingly low-pressure. A big thank you to Sean for making that part so easy! To top it off, Shelby brought out a giant bow for a photo, and Don, the service manager, came out to personally thank me for my purchase.
