Everything was great! Courteous! Friendly, caring and genuine. Quick and simple! They also have great facilities to relax, snack and/or browse new cars! Bought a used car earlier this year...great experience both time.
I brought my car in to get the timing belt changed which I knew was going to be a very expensive process. Prior to coming I had purchased my own belt to save some money, however, when they went to put my belt on it was too short. Steve at the front desk knew I was trying to save money so even though I ended up having to buy their belt he helped me out tremendously with a $90 discount on the belt. Overall excellent service and super friendly staff!
When I purchased a new Subaru in 2013 at a dealership off the mountain, I faithfully serviced the car through Modern's service department in Boone. I cannot say enough about how professional, caring and expert the service team is. Steve, James and Chris are always positive, upbeat and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. And though the service team encouraged me to speak with a sales rep when I asked about new Subaru's, I hesitated.
Then, my teenaged daughter was in need of a used car and wanted a Toyota so I reached out to Modern. Lori Holton took my call and worked with my daughter and me with a follow-through and thoroughness I had never seen. We did not end up purchasing the car but Lori stuck in my mind. When I decided to look at a new Subaru, I called her. From start to finish she delivered a top quality sales experience by building a trust-based relationship and following through on her word. She was a straight shooter who guided me through decisionmaking with my best interests in mind. I would (and have) recommended Lori to all my friends. I was also impressed with the delivery of the car and the services Modern supplied to make sure I get the full benefit from the car. Jodi Carter walked me through the fine details of my new car and encouraged me to come visit her again as questions arise. Anthony was marvelous at closing my loan and helping me select some additional services that were specific to my needs. All and all it was a wonderful experience!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Maxima SR MidNight Edition last week and I am in love with my car. The customer service here is great and there was little to no sales pressure from my salesman. I highly recommend Cars Plus Lenoir to anyone that is looking for a used car at a GREAT price. I found a used 2016 Maxima at Modern Nissan of Hickory with roughly 30,000 miles for nearly the same selling price that I bought my SR Midnight edition for at CPL. And my only had 1,000 miles on it! It took a while to find a loaner but the interest rate was well below of what I expected. So I'm a happy man! If anyone is interested, the salesman who helped me was Eric Holder.
Eric got me a lower price, handled financing and all applicable paperwork... even called my insurance agent so I could drive it right off the lot. That's what I both expect and appreciate when spending thousands of dollars. Cheers!
I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF VEHICLES OVER THE YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT EXPERICENCE.I HAVE HAD WITH THE OWNERS, MANAGERS, & FINANCING & ESPECIALLY THE SALEMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND AUTOWORLD TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO EXPERIENCE PROFESSIONALISM THE NEXT TIME THEY PURCHASE A CAR .
