Worked with Steve Quinn at New Motors to purchase a used BMW 535i xDrive. I saw the car on their website, and stopped in to talk to someone about the car. Of course I felt uncomfortable as I waited for someone to talk to, I've bought many many cars over the years, and it's always felt like a me vs them situation. Steve finished delivering a car to another customer, and we sat down at his desk to talk. We learned quickly that Steve is very knowledgeable about BMWs, and was very interested to get us up to speed on the car we were interested in and it's features. We went for a test drive, and Steve helped us understand the car features . After a bit of discussion, we settled on a price, and decided to buy the car. Steve said he could have the car detailed and everything ready for the next morning. We came back the next morning, talked to Steve for a bit then met with Allen Yingling to discuss the financing and maintenance options. I was very impressed that Allen searched many options for the financing, and found an option much better then my local credit union which is usually best. Allen also gave us several options for the maintenance of the car, and even though we chose not to purchase any of the maintenance packages, Allen was understanding and didn't push. We really liked that. A few minutes later we left with the car. Overall, it was a great experience. From Steve's knowledge and obvious passion about BMWs to Allen's financing work and no pressure approach, we really enjoyed the experience. Way different than what I 'm used to at other dealerships.
