They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. The Sales Representative and Finance Manager treated me with respect and assisted in completing the deal with humor and in a hassle-free manner. The ending price was exactly as that quoted by the Internet Sales Manager - there were no hidden costs. I drove off the lot with a smile on my face and a low-cost monthly payment. The qualities of the vehicle and of the staff have made me a life-long customer.

They are very friendly but I don???t give 5 star because it takes time to wait a while. Almost 2 hr for oil change and rotate tiles. I made reservation to do so. If they can do a bit faster, that would be great!

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.
I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
I was shopping for a car for several weeks and finally found the Mercedes SL 550 at tis dealership, the price was right and the buying experience was absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend them, thank you very much !
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.
