I came in to service my 2012 Tiguan and left with a 2014 Tiguan!! Marek is a really good guy and he spoon fed me the whole way! I would not have done this if it was not for him!!!! I felt like it was a fair deal. I recommend Marek if you want transparency! Thanks Marek... You Rock!
I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
Exceptional service from start to finish. We made an online inquiry about a 2018 Forester and was contacted by Nick Clough who was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We explained to Nick exactly what we were looking for in regards to vehicle and price point. Nick went to work and found us the perfect car. When we came to the dealership for our test drive we were greeted at the door as if we were a returning customer. We were not bombarded with pushy sales people but were asked who our appointment salesperson was. It was a class act all the way around. Completing the financing was as simple as signing a few documents. Nick took care of most of the detail work before we ever came in. This was a nice touch and made our experience much more pleasurable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership and Nick Clough for all of your Subaru needs.

If the could find a way to buy a car and not take hours to do it you would sell more cars. Buying a car is awful. It???s not even like the old days. The salesman brings one car up you look at it drive then take it from there. You should have more cars next to each other to compare and make sure the salesman tells you everything that is on the car. Don???t promise anyone something that you know is impossible
Mr. Emanuel our salesperson was outstanding. His friendly demeanor made the transition very easy. The price of the car was very competitive besides the fact that the Subaru product line is the best. We are very satisfied.
Matt is a great sales guy. We purchased three Subaru's within a year. We absolutely love our Subaru's and Matt is our go to guy. He is patient and answers all your questions. Event after you leave if you have questions he will respond promptly. I would definitely recommend Matt and this dealership.
This dealership didn’t have my particular car on the lot when I first visited. However, they were able to get the car in on a timely manner, especially compared to other dealerships I had previously visited. Also, the vehicle was reasonably priced.
I had a good experience buying my 2018 Forester at Victory Subaru. I got a quote online from Louie Hernandez for the right trim/model I was searching for. I also got the best price compared to other dealerships. The sales associate Tony Rodrigues was very attentive and energetic. The whole process of finalizing the deal and signing the papers was fast. Himanshu (Finance) was also good explaining the paperwork and other options.
There were some minor things I didn’t like so I initially gave them 3.5 stars.
However, based on my experience with the Service department and the day I picked up my license plates, I changed the overall rating to 5 stars.

without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.
Bought a 2018 Toyota Rav4 from Kolosso Toyota from Isaiah Stewart and couldn???t be more happy. Isaiah along with everybody at the dealership was very helpful and made sure every need/want was met and beyond. I felt so welcome and not at all presumed. The team made sure we left feeling completely happy and sure of our purchase. I will definitely be going back for any future car needs/purchases and recommend this place to anybody looking for a new/used car.
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.

We had a recently been recovering from a hardship and knew financing was going to be a challenge. When we made contact with them about our options we were met with options and approval within hours, got the car we wanted and at a rate below our expectation. All around a pleasant experience.
We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
Service good.... issues with sales tactics for further repairs recommended. Dramatic, making it sound more urgent than needed. She came out and said my rear brakes were at 2mm or what ever, mentioned soon would be metal on metal and did i want to schedule...at that point i interupted and asked why this wasnt mentioned in July when i had my car serviced, tires rotated, and free inspection. The last time my brakes were mentioned was a couple years ago when they were at 4. (At that time it was recommended i start thinking about replacing them).. she and greg dug through my file and had no answer to my question. I then said i have to drive to CA the next week, and Greg said oh you will make it there... so i asked why the girl made it sound so urgent? Again no answer.
