Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Again, I want to thank Kathy, Stefan Wutte, David Koff, Caelin, Chris Root and Pat Kniffin for making this such a pleasurable experience for the Wright family. Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. This is my second CX-5. This first was a 2016 I bought in 2019 and loved tremendously and then it was totaled when I was rear-ended by someone texting and driving during Covid. I drove a sort of hand-me-down Jeep for a while during the weird Covid period when everything was uncertain but knew I wanted another CX-5 as soon as I felt financially comfortable. The car is extremely comfortable, handles well and has a beautiful streamlined and simply classic look. My partner who is a die-hard Mercedes snob even loves it!

We have have not decided to buy yet, but they gave us a good offer on our trade in.

I bought my 2009 forester with 200k on the click. She was well locked after but has a few scratches here and there but paint work is still beautiful. Performance is great but she is heavy on fuel. This is expected from an AWD as the engine is pulling all 4 wheels continuously at the same time. No oil leaks, aircon works well. The only major issue I have had was the thermostat falling. I caused my radiator to crack due to pressure building up. I removed it and she is running perfectly. I live at the coast in South africa so our winter temp never drop below 10° and our summer average at 30°. Overall, I'll will be buying another forester with it's great space and power....love it

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I had a lovely time at my Bend Volvo dealership. I was there getting a recall problem address on my new/used CX 40. Their waiting room is very nice and comes stocked with some yummy goodies. A nice knowable young man walk me around the lot as I asked him questions about new Volvo models. And the repair team was kind and very quick with the new software updates to my backup camera. Alas, I also had to buy a new key fob for my car, these are really too expensive! However, I know this price is set by their corporate overlords and not their fault. I like the team and will bring Dove (my lovely grey Volvo) back for her next service! Thanks Team Volvo!

My jeep liberty 2012 is parked. It could only do 25km/hr on the road. Gas pedal not working anymore. Just 2616 miles. I need a help to cruise this car

I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.
