Stevenson-Hendrick Honda Wilmington review
Levi Reynolds is great! Had the pleasure of doing business with him last month and he still follows up to this day. He took a lot of the stress out of the car buying process for me! I came in just looking for an appraisal on my trade in and to look around at some vehicles I had seen online. They gave me a value on my trade in that was more than I expected. Levi walked out onto the lot and picked out a truck for me to check out that was better than anything I saw for myself (at a great price). They also were very thorough in their inspection process and assured me that I wouldn’t be out in the cold when I drove off the lot. They also made good on that promise. I would send friends and family members to Levi at Hendrick with confidence! I’ll be back here when the time comes! Thanks brother!

Steve was wonderful. Full in information about how things work when using a trade-in. Too bad the previous co-signer was delinquent in following thru on his part. But, we were able to get things done anyway. Thank you!

Hans Mertens is a pleasure to deal with and an excellent salesman. He is not pushy or impatient but is content to just let the sale process take its course. Hans will be happy to sell you the car you want and if this is all you ask him to do for you, you are making a big mistake. At some point in the sales process, you should ask Hans to sell you the car you need. What you want and what you need may very well be the same car. Great! But Hans has a great deal of experience with car buyers and a vast knowledge of the Honda car line. Before you leave his desk, make sure you know what he thinks might be the car you need.

Maintenance on vehicle was great but when the dealership cleaned the vehicle, the top was missed. The dealership always seems to try to sell something extra like a new tire or extra service.

I purchased a used vehicle from Mazda in Wilmington. From the start, Megan was attentive to my questions and if she didn’t know the answer off hand, she wasted no time in finding the answer and letting me know. The entire process, including the test drive and the final delivery were handled efficiently and professionally. I’ll be more than happy to go back to them when the time comes for a new car.

Bryce was an outstanding salesman to work with. This is my second Mazda with Bryce. One lease and second purchase. He is very conscientious, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He is the primary reason I return for sales and service. Whenever I have a question before during or after purchase Bryce has always worked diligently to get a response either through self knowledge or further research. He takes the time to ensure one knows and understands the product one is purchasing! Bravo! Everyone at Stevenson has always been helpful from the reception desk to sales to finance to service! I could easily go to another Madza dealer in my area however I prefer Stevenson.

Coastal Kia review
I’m a three-year veteran of the Coastal Kia dealership, having leased a 2021 Sportage and purchased two older Kias for my son and daughter-in-law there. Have nothing but great things to say about the service department. Recently, I returned my leased vehicle, and learning that my dog had created significant damage to the interior, I worked with sales person Cody Hamilton to purchase a new vehicle. To say that Cody went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only is he extremely personable, he’s an empathetic and knowledgeable sales person, taking the time to explain my options and giving me choices. There are so many new features on the 2024 line to go over!! He did a great job, working to meet what I wanted and needed, while also respecting my time and budget. He’s also provided outstanding follow up to ensure that I’m satisfied and understand all the features of my new Sportage, which I love. Great job!!

Impex Auto SalesReviews
Impex Auto Sales review
My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
