We had owned a Volvo(XC90) in past years and went into Parkway Volvo to explore the XC60. We were met by Conner Payne, who went over and beyond helping us. He never made us feel rushed or pressured during the purchase. We were especially impressed with his experience and knowledge of the Volvo. Had a great experience getting a new 2025 XC 60 this week! I met Jason when I was looking at Volvos in the lot several days ago. He was very personable and took time to show me several features of the car. I went back a couple of days later and test drove the car. The negotiation process went smoothly over that time as I contemplated other brands of cars I like but decided on this one. When I picked the car up, Jason spent time in the car with me showing me the features again and connected my phone for me.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

One of the best in-person car purchases I've had. Jason was welcoming without being pushy. He followed through with what we agreed on, and kept his promise to make it easy. Most important to me, he treated my wife like gold. Will absolutely buy here again!

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

After researching and test driving, I had narrowed my choice down to 3 vehicles. The Volvo XC90 moved to the top of my list quickly, after going to Parkway Volvo in Wilmington, NC. It was the most pleasant car search/buying experience I’ve ever had. Jason is knowledgeable, pleasant and never pressured me into a sale. He made sure to get me the exact model and trim level that I wanted. He had it on the lot in just a couple of days! I would give more than 5 star review if I could!

It’s been a great month of getting to know my new vehicle! I waited 12 weeks from the date of order to pick up my new 2023 GLC, and it was definitely worth the wait! I selected the Exclusive trim, Driver Assistance and AMG Line packages with several add-ons, and I could not be happier. My previous car was a fully loaded 2019 GLC 300, and it was unfortunately totaled in early February on a road trip. My first one was the favorite car I had ever owned and it kept us so safe during our accident, so I knew I wanted a second one. I did not realize I would have to wait so long to get a new one but I am happy I did not settle for anything else. The drive is sporty and smooth, and very quiet. It has a slight hesitation from a full stop. Once you take off it picks up very quickly and sport mode on the freeway is great. The upgraded electronics have been easy for me to understand after I read through the owners manual. One recommendation I have is to turn off the automatic speed change if you are using cruise control and happen to go through a construction zone. The cameras pick up the sign and slows the car down very quickly. I prefer to adjust to those situations manually. The car feels a bit bigger and is so attractive and comfortable. It feels much more luxurious than my 2019 did, and in my opinion the upgrades are worth the price. I absolutely love this car! Happy Shopping!

Owned for 2 months, replaced a 2023 Buick Envision Avenir. Much better car, more comfortable, more luxurious. Used to Drive Lincolns, stopped as they are now made in China. Compared to Jaguar and Cadillac, clearly better car.

Routine servicing performed in efficient manner. Facility is the latest design with visibility from the waiting room of the work area. Everything spanking clean and staff both friendly and helpful. Kept up to date on work progress. Could not be more pleased.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Efficient, precise, friendly…Panamera 4S was ready when promised. Oil change performed & seatbelt malfunction corrected. Loaner car (Macan) was unexpectedly slow. Otherwise fine.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Matthew Worthington was excellent. He was prompt, very, very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. I had been searching for weeks for my new atlas, did application online, he pulled my information, called me the next day, ans facilitated my car buying experience with ease. He met me as I walked through the door, explained everything in detail and got me rolling. All I will say is if you want to experience an awesome car buying 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd, or 4th go see this guy and his team. It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

A while back I went on line just to do some market research for a possible new car. I was able to contact an internet representative and asked about a 2022 vw golf gti. She was very helpful. I was told the dealership had one scheduled to come in August. I took my car in and was referred to Dean Wentzel salesman. I told him about the offer to buy my car and that I was interested in a golf gti. He took my information and said he would do his best to mark the car as sold to ensure I got it becausethey are in short supply. August 19, I got a call from both Dean and the internet sales rep saying my car was in. Dean took the majority of my documents via text so I wouldn't have to spend too much time at the dealership. Easiest transaction for a car i have had and I have had many. The car is great, the customer service is awesome and I would recommend purchasing from this dealership. Now it's time to play!!!

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
