I have used Timbrook Nissan Cumberland for several years for service on 2 Nissans I own. They are always great to deal with and do not try to sell me other stuff I do no not need like other dealerships always do. I drive a little further to get there but it is worth it! Very fair prices compared to other dealership service departments I have been too.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

On November 4, 2016, my wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Elantra. We had researched this vehicle on Thomas Subaru's website, which was easy to navigate and very informative. My credit union had never dealt with Thomas Subaru and they actually required numerous documents -- including a copy of their business license and dealer's license; yet Jaison was all too happy to meet these requirements. Once financing was secured we were allowed to take our vehicle home and we received several follow-up emails from Jaison to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase and the service provided by the dealership. Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

Ride a little rough not like my Murano drove very smooth. Rogue feels all street bumps I do enjoy it anything I can do to make my ride more comfortable

This dealership bent over BACKWARD to facilitate my vehicle purchase. I was flying in from Kansas and my flight was delayed. They still sent a gentleman to pick me up at the airport which was about 2 hours away, and I arrived at the dealership @ 8 pm. The salesperson, James Howard, left his house to close the sale at that hour, had everything ready prior to getting there, recommended a great restaurant nearby, and was polite and courteous, accommodating, and helpful. I felt he really cared about helping me and getting me exactly what I needed. On top of that, their price was extremely competitive for the quality, mileage, and features of the car. They really couldn?t be beat! All of the reviews I read about this place being extremely customer-oriented were true. You won?t be sorry if you choose this dealership.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.
