It was a pleasure dealing with Gilbert both Kevin and Chris they were very attentive to my needs. This visit was for some work done...but we have also purchased many vehicles from Gilbert.
2019 Chevrolet Trax review
I've had my Trax for many years now, bought it slightly used with only 30,000 miles on it. Now with 80,000 on that engine and I haven't really had a problem with it. It's decent in the snow, a little slower on the highway as it is slow to accelerate up to speed (not really a huge issue for me). This car can take a beating pretty well and keep going as I had blown tire while on the highway and drove into a ditch. I was able to get the car out of it and park on the side of the road until help arrived.

Great experience with purchase of 2025 Colorado Z71. No sales pressure. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle and features. No pressure on extended warranties and add-ons. Super smooth purchase
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Gilbert Chevrolet-Maurice was very knowledgeable when fixing our 2009 Corvette. The service department personnel were good to work . The part needed was not supposed to ever break and no new Chevy part available. Chevrolet needs to support their cars better.

The equinox is very nice for the price. My biggest complaint is has a horrible suspension. I even lowered air pressure in the tires below the recommended pressure and the ride was no better. You feel every little bump in the pavement.

I am writing to share the fantastic experience I recently had at your dealership, specifically thanks to Tommy Shorter. Tommy was absolutely great to work with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a vehicle. Please pass along my sincere thanks to him for a job well done. 2021 Chevrolet Equinox review
I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2025 Kia Sorento review
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Love everything about this SUV, can’t believe i found such a great vehicle for under 30K in this market! The body design actually looks more expensive than it is, and it sits pretty high which I love, very roomy inside, and drives so smooth people keeps thinking it’s an EV, And it comes with all the new tech amenities that all new vehicles have nowadays

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.

Gil (Gilberto)& the girls in the service department treated me like I was family, they took care of everything including the rental car, I had direct communication with Austin the mechanic which is rare anymore he explained a lot of things to me that needed to be done to my vehicle which was done promptly the only delay was Parts ahead to be ordered, my vehicle was returned to me when promised and great running order and clean, I have already recommended this service department to friends of mine and even family and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get great service that can be trusted, I would just like to thank the crew for a nearly stress-free experience, and a mechanic for doing such a great job and not getting my truck dirty thanks again all of you!!

Gilbert Ford review
?????????? I recently purchased a new F-450, and once again, my experience at Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee, Florida, was nothing short of exceptional. Nathan Liscomb, ?Nate,? is truly my go-to guy when it comes to vehicles. Over the years, he has consistently gone above and beyond to make the buying and trading process seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Nate understands that time is valuable, and he makes sure everything is ready to go when I arrive?every document in order, every detail handled, and the truck prepped to drive off the lot. There is never a moment of waiting around or feeling like just another customer. He treats me with the kind of attention and care that proves he genuinely values his clients. Walking into Gilbert Ford is like walking into a place where you?re known and appreciated. Every staff member greets me by name and makes me feel welcome the second I step through the doors. That level of service and personal connection is rare these days, and it?s one of the biggest reasons I couldn?t imagine doing business with any other dealership. The entire team at Gilbert Ford sets the standard for professionalism, customer service, and hospitality. Combined with Nate?s unmatched dedication to his customers, the value in that experience is truly irreplaceable. I can confidently say I will continue to return to Gilbert Ford and work with Nate for every vehicle purchase in the future. If you?re considering buying a truck or any vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Nate at Gilbert Ford?you will not be disappointed.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2017 Lexus LX 570 review
This is my 3rd and I have to say, the best cars I ever owned. I wish I could have been able to order the base model in the new 600 but they did not want to do that at any Lexus dealership and charged $ 30,000 over sticker price. I decided, this time I just get a used one. 2017 with all the bells and whistles! Will never drive another car! I keep getting them every 5-6 years!

Josh did a great job turning us from a used hyundai to a Certified VW and we couldn't be happier. 2024 Rivian R1S review
I originally ordered an R1S in Jan 2021 and waited nearly 3.5 years for it to be ready. When they first opened up test drives I nearly canceled my order due to the ride quality of the early builds. However, once it became time to take delivery, the software improvements drastically changed the character of this truck. It honestly sealed the deal given how much better it was, and there was yet another release to address ride quality after delivery which turned this into an extremely comfortable vehicle—on par with the X7, Q7, etc… The air suspension is truly a boon to the capabilities and ride quality as well. Ride quality aside, the performance is unbelievable both in terms of handling and acceleration, especially given the size and weight. On top of that, the ability to go from sport mode and a 3s 0-60 to off road mode with nearly 15” of ground clearance really puts this vehicle in a league of its own. The interior quality is very good, especially compared to Tesla, but not quite luxury-level, though all the details still make it feel special. There are a few rattles here and there, but nothing too out of the ordinary, and all the materials feel nice. Additionally, the range is dead on, and I usually get 2-3 mi/kwh, which is great for a 7000lb suv. In terms of the footprint, the vehicle is both agile and easy to maneuver, yet has tons of interior space and storage. The glass roof really adds to the openness as well, and the heat in the cabin from it hasn’t been bad comparatively. The one gripe I do have is that the suspension is very noisy, and there’s not any remedy for that. Gen 2 is far quieter, but all in all it’s not a deal breaker given how capable and versatile the vehicle is. All the pieces of this vehicle combined really make for such a special package, especially given that they’re still in the early years and not ubiquitous (yet). This is my 9th car and I’ve had many BMWs, a Tesla, and a M-B, yet this one always makes me smile every time I see it and get to drive it. It truly feels like a remarkable machine (and is incredibly fun too).
