2010 Land Rover Range Rover review
Range Rovers have a reputation for being unreliable. I owned this from 70k miles to 140k miles and it has been very reliable, I have found 2008 and newer to be great vehicles. Yes, I replaced the water pump, some CV boots and control arms but overall, no major unexpected issues. The things I have fixed would have been required on a Toyota. Parts are more expensive unless you buy them yourself. The car drives great and the best I have owned in the snow. Buying these a few years old make them a great value. If you buy one new it will depreciate $60k+ in the first three years....so buy it used.

Coastal Cars of Fort MyersReviews
Coastal Cars of Fort Myers review
05/01/2024 - will update if anything changes, but I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised by how NOT like a used car lot this used car dealer is. No pressure. No xx. Friendly. Seems honest and forthright. Personable people. They state that they won't put a car on the lot if it doesn't pass their mechanic's inspection. It's more important to them to make a reloable sale than to simply move volume. I hope that's true, because I bought my new-used car from them today to replace my old-new one that Lehigh drivers smashed up. I needed a boat hauler, and now I have one! I'm not happy to be on Lee County roads again, but I'm happy not to HAVE to take the bus, happy to be ON the water in my boat, and happy to have dealt with a dealer apparently interested in everyone leaving the transaction satisfied. They sent me a quote early in the process and before even being on the lot, which helped. "Gave me the Carfax [equivalent]", also. Took long test drive. Paperwork took a while, but it wasn't unpleasant. Did not trade in and did not finance, but review would not submit without me selecting something. Would do business with them again, and will update in a month or two if anything changes. Thanks Vince, Josh, and Linda!

Plattner Labelle FordReviews
Plattner Labelle Ford review
I bought a Ford Maverick from Labelle ford, in 2023. At the time I promised I would get my car serviced even though it is 40 miles from my home in Fort Myers. On Friday I brought my car for a recall and an oil change. I was very disappointed that the assistant service manager lied to me and didn't even bother to show up for work. I wanted to cancel my appointment because Sam Galloway Ford called me and begged me to bring the car there. Ralph the district service manager and stepped in and promised me that he and Andrea the service manager would walk my car through the recall issue totally. Ralph was great, he even gave me his personal cell phone number, to give him a call whenever I bring my car for service, and he will make sure the car gets treated with respect. Thanks to Ralph and Andrea, I will continue to highly recommend the drive from all my friends in Fort Myers, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE TO LABELLE.
2021 Ford EcoSport review
I bought it second hand this week, and so far I really like it. I traded down from a 2008 Santa Fe and this is smaller and easier for me to get into and out of. I will write a further review after I've had it a month.

2015 Buick Encore review
The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

2015 Dodge Journey review
Now, I did just purchase this car, just a couple of months ago, and even though it's an older car, it only had 55,000 miles when I bought it, and I purchased a 5-star warranty as well. First, I'm probably being a bit bias, b/c I'm a Dodge fan, due the Nitro I had previously. But so far, the other reviews I've read are pretty much spot-on. Mine has the 2.4L 4-cylinder. It's not as good on the gas mileage as other 4 cylinders, from the Reviews I had already read, b/c the Journey is heavy, but for me, it's also less to fill up than the 3.6L, 6 cylinder Nitro I owned previously. I also wouldn't take it on any sharp turns either. As other reviews had said, the engine does make some noise, but it's not that big of a deal to me. However, unlike the other reviews I had read, I have plenty of space as a driver, it's not as compacted as I thought it would be, but the cargo space has plenty of room, just like I've read. The infotainment system is really good too, just like the reviews I'd read had stated. I have SIRIUS, don't know how, I'm not paying for it, but if it's a feature with this car, fantastic, BB King's Bluesville station is on constant play, as other stations are too. It doesn't have the vehicle backing system nor an AUX connector that most cars now have, but it's a 2015, and the Journey wasn't Dodge's most elite model either. However, so far, I'm growing into this car, and glad I purchased it. I'll probably get the Hornet next. Ha.

2017 Jaguar F-PACE review
Fantastic fit and finish, it's an amazing performance car with great handling and acceleration and braking. I have owned 5 Audi's, 3 BMWs, 2 Mercedes and I would have to say that this Jaguar is the best combination in a luxury performance car ever. If you drive it in a respectful manner the fuel economy is very good but it's nimble and the quad drive is there for any slippery situations.

2017 Nissan Rogue review
Don’t know why people hate Nissans with CVT. Now that I’ve lived with the CVT with 140,000 miles I know I wouldn’t buy another one, but it’s been just fine, no issues. This isn’t a sporty vehicle but for 8 years and 140k miles it gets the job done every time. I just don’t get the hatred towards these cars. I do have AWD but if I were to do it over I’d drop that option. It’s expensive to maintain and truthfully I don’t go outside when the weather is bad anyway so I doubt the AWD feature has ever engaged, not even once. I plan to keep my vehicle for 10 years then get a minivan.

Owned my 1012 Escape LTD AWD for 14 years. No major problems whatsoever. It has towed household items in the large UHaul trailer with ease. 2008 Honda Pilot review
My dad had a 2008 Honda Pilot EX-L with rear entertainment system. (RES/DVD PLAYER) It was the best in the we were on a road trip to Texas and 9 1/4 hours out of 10, we crashed but it was not our fault. Then a few days later it was totalled after we drove it back to Omaha. Best car in the world. Had it for 13 years.

2009 BMW X5 review
I bought my 2009 X5 4.8 liter used with 40k miles on it. Driven it 110,000 additional miles to date and it has been an AWESOME car. Reliable, strong and drives more like a sports car than an SUV. The body style has been overhauled by BMW 3 times since then, yet even at this age the car looks elegant and solid inside and out. German engineering at its best!! Can't wait to get my new one.

Coconut Point Honda review
I leased a CRV 3 years ago from this dealership. During this time I visited at least 3 times for service such as oil changes and tire rotation. I was always pleased with service, price and friendliness of personnel. On August16 while service was being performed, I asked Justin Yonkers, sales consultant, about purchasing the CRV. We immediately started filling out the numerous forms which took sometime, but was able to complete the sale and service work in one visit! Justin was very professional as well as pleasant.
2016 Subaru Outback review
The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!

so very happy i stopped into coconut point honda a few weeks ago after getting discouraged from two other dealerships because of their overpricing due to low inventory... that's when i met justin yonkers, a very professional and knowledgeable young salesman..he didn't have inventory at that time to show me, however he knew that a shipment was due in about a month.. last week i got the call that my car was in and it was well worth waiting for... my experience with the whole friendly staff will be remembered by referring justin to all my friends and family... thank you
2013 Honda CR-V review
Excellent car. Almost no trouble in 13 years of ownership. Extremely reliable. Easy to maintain. Only complaint is that it is noisier than I would like on the highway.

Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral review
My service on 9/9/26 at Anderson Toyota was my 5,000 mile service it was fast and smooth, I was out of there in under an hour and I was provided a video of the points that the service tech checked while in his care. My advisor is Jeff he is very friendly and knowledgeable rep. And last but not least every person at Anderson I’ve encountered will bend over backwards to help you.

Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape CoralReviews
Fred Anderson Toyota of Cape Coral review
So it's been 2 months since I drove my new Camry off of the lot at Fred Anderson Toyota in Cape Coral. I'm writing this on Oct 8, I bought the car back on Aug 6. Why wait 2 months to write a review? Because I can't stand reviews that I read online where the buyer has only had a given product or service for a few days. I don't care what someone thinks a few days after the fact. I want more details, a follow up, not just from their initial excitement after a purchase. So anyway, 2 months later and I’m still very pleased with the whole experience. Fred Anderson Toyota is a 5 star dealership. And yes, that IS on a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the best. You see, I hate car buying with every fiber of my being. I hate the entire process. I detest it more than just about anything. That includes root canals, time share sales pitches, reality tv and people driving slow in the left lane on the interstate. My last new car purchase (many years ago) was an ordeal, it took nearly a month for me to get the exact car I wanted and I had to walk out of several dealerships during the process. It was an absolute unmitigated nightmare. I buy cars to keep for a long time, usually 10 years minimum. So leasing is absolutely off the table. I finance, pay it off and keep it (nearly) forever. I wanted a practical vehicle with great gas mileage and long term reliability. I'd been researching cars online for many months and had made my decision. I wanted a '26 base model Camry LE in Ocean Gem without any excess bells and whistles. And they had it, fresh off the truck and I wound up driving it home about 24 hours later. Christian is the salesman that I dealt with. Very friendly, professional, and NOT at all the kind of guy that wants to make you walk out in frustration. I explained to Christian that I wanted a car to keep for many years and so I had absolutely ZERO interest in leasing. Christian respected my wishes and never once tried to steer the conversation towards leasing. I can't stress enough how pleased I was with that. His sales manager, Kevin, popped in for a few minutes to try and get me in the car asap, but at no point was he (or Christian) rude or condescending towards me. They never talked down to me, they listened to my concerns and wishes, were very respectful and I sincerely appreciated that. Most salespeople won’t take no for an answer, they practically try shaming you into signing on the dotted line right then and there and do everything but lock the doors to the sales floor and/or deflate your tires in the parking lot to keep you from going home to think about the offer. I came back the next day, worked with Christian a little more, we went for a second test drive and then I found myself sitting down with Mario in the finance department to finalize everything. Mario, like Christian, was very friendly and respectful. I had many questions, he listened patiently and answered them all. So, did I ever get a bit of a hard sell during all of this? YES. Christian, Kevin, Mario…were they ever just a little bit “pushy,” or a little agressive with the sales pitch? Yes, they absolutely were. And that’s precisely how it’s supposed to be. They are trying to make a sale after all. You show me a dealership that isn’t the slightest bit aggresive at times with trying to close the sale, and I’ll show you a dealership that’s going to be out of business within a year. The difference is that at Fred Anderson Toyota, their salespeople won’t try to beat you over the head with sales pressure. They are respectful and decent, the most professional auto dealership that I’ve ever dealt with. At no point during any of this process did I get bothered, annoyed or angry. I was never tempted to walk out in frustration. This was, quite simply, the smoothest auto purchase I’ve ever had. So again, 5 stars all around. Looking for a new Toyota? Drive over to the Cape and on down Pine Island Road, ask for Christian. You’ll be well taken care of.
2013 Ford Escape review
I've owned a fully loaded 2013 Ford Escape SEL and it's been an excellent vehicle, especially for work travel. Most of my driving has been on the interstate, where it consistently averages 28 to 30 MPG, making it surprisingly fuel efficient for an SUV. The SEL trim comes well equipped with plenty of comfort and convenience features, and the factory sound system is outstanding. It's a great vehicle for long highway trips. The fuel tank holds around 13 gallons, which, combined with the highway fuel economy, provides a solid driving range between fill ups. Overall, it's been dependable, comfortable, economical to own, and a great choice for anyone looking for a practical SUV with a premium feel.
