2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

It's actually been about a year and a half now since I got a car from these folks, but after getting a couple other cars at other dealers, I've been inspired to come back to do this review. If you ever find yourself wanting to buy a car sight unseen, and have it shipped to you, without any drama or hassles, don't count on it. Unless you buy a car from BMW of Bend that is! Cheesy I know, but they did everything right, sent me photos and a video, got me an awesome rate at a local CU and even brought my car to my front door in a covered trailer 175 miles away, in the snow the whole way. It's a bummer that one can't expect a hassle free experience at all dealerships, but that's the way it is. Thankfully there are dealerships like Kendall BMW Bend!

Let me start by saying we have been going to Audi in Bend now for well over 6 years with the intention of purchasing a new Audi. On our first visit to Audi, in Bend, we met with Kathy. Kathy is a professional when it comes to sales, though we did not purchase at that time, it was because of Kathy that we made the repeat visits year after year. We live in Medford, Oregon, which is about a 3 hour commute to Bend, so yes, we were serious about purchasing from Audi in Bend at some time. When we came to Bend this time, my wife had just lost her mother, and 7 months prior to that she had lost her father. She was in an emotional state and certainly not ready to make a purchase, however we did test drive an Audi Q5 and honestly we were close to making the purchase that day. We instead opted out and made the commute back to Medford. After deliberating over the car on the way home we decided if Caelin , the manager would give us a bit more off we would purchase the car. Stefan Wutte called us the following day with news that Caelin was going to reduce the price of the car ...to exactly what we were looking to spend. We made our return trip to purchase our new Q5. It was a special order that was not picked up, with the black out package it was exactly what we were looking for. The purchasing experience was the very best that I have ever experienced in my many years of car buying. Stefan Wutte, though very new at sales was excellent in his communications with us. David Koff is the Audi Technologist...the tech geek. He is amazing and truly knows the Audi inside and out. Pat Knifin the finance manager was great, he made the usual offers that F&I make and we made the appropriate choices based on our realistic needs. Chris Root and Mr. Caelin were professional on every level. If you are looking for a great buying experience with absolutely no pressure, then I advise you to seek out Audi, in Bend. It is a long drive, but worth every bit of the drive. While you are in Bend, you can certainly enjoy the Mill district with fantastic restaurants and a wonderful walk along the river. No matter what part of the state you live in, a drive to Bend to make your next new or used car purchase is certainly worth the time. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
