I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Lexus NX 350h from Cerritos Lexus. This was about a two-month process for me because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and the team was patient with me every step of the way. Daniel was my salesperson and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He always followed up, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. When I had concerns about the payoff amount, he took them seriously and worked with the team to make sure everything was corrected before I signed. Luis stepped in on Daniel’s day off and made sure everything went smoothly on delivery day. Elaine took the time to answer my financing questions and explain the payoff process. Whalid gave me a fair value for my trade, which honestly made it possible for me to purchase the Lexus I really wanted. Everyone treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with such a big purchase. 2021 Lexus RX 350 review
This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I’ve never owned an EV before, so I had a multitude of newbie questions as this is a big transition from Acura MDX. Ever Cars made this easier than expected. Jake, my rep, was really the workhorse though. Jake took notes of everything I said I wanted, but then took it several steps further and brought up features I didn’t even know I needed! I thought Tesla held the title for longest range, until he introduced me to Lucid, which I test drove the 2023 Lucid Air… incredible. I needed some “hand holding” to figure out what I wanted, but Jake did that for me and I’m grateful.
2023 Rivian R1S review
There is really no other vehicle like this on the road. It’s ride quality is great. It’s quiet, fast and off-road capable. The interior design of the cabin is excellent and tasteful. It’s the epitome of form plus functionality.
