We met Sami Asadourian when we went to BMW New Century looking for an X3. We had initially looked at a loaner special to lease, and Sami took us for a test drive. After the test drive, we realized the car doesn’t have one of the options we absolutely wanted. Sami was very helpful in locating another vehicle that has all of the options we wanted. After a couple of hours of negotiation and finally came to an agreement on the terms, we went to look at the car – only to find out it doesn’t have something else we wanted. We were all tired and decided we should just go home. Sami told us he will find the car we both wanted, down to each options and packages. Boy did he come through! He called us the next day to let us know he found the car we wanted. To top it off, it’s an even better car – 2019, instead of 2018, and a better monthly payment! When we got to the dealer, the car was washed and ready to go. All we had to do was take care of paperwork. He made the process seamless, and made sure we wouldn't have to spend too much time there on our second day. All in all, we are very happy with our new car and very grateful for Sami’s dedication in finding us the perfect car. We would definitely go back to Sami for our future car needs, and we would highly recommend him to our family & friends, and to anyone shopping for a new BMW.

Vehicle is a strong performer (no surprise here given its "M" designation. No disapointments in that regard. Sport seats are very supportive; especially with the lumbar support adjustability. Cabin tech is abysmal though. Not at all intuitive; functions nested down menus where you would never expect them. Owners manual is 480 pages! Really ! While the vehicle makes me smile quite often the complexity of the cabin tech has me cursing every time I start the vehicle. The so-called "Genius" program help line only works Mon. - Fri. Central time in the US! Not too happy about that either.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Mazda is comfortable, I'm in my 70's Reliable, rides great, great on gas. Something that is great on the road, Able to handle, I've handle: M-6 sadan, SUV 5, big enough good room ,and M-cx30 and 3. All long distance traveling. And not high maintenance. Good for all season

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

New bmw x1. Glides…effortless driving. Incredible performance. I’ve had three other x1’s prior…nothing comes close to the handling of the 2023. However…the huge screen is distracting, it’s not user friendly and by the time I figure out the new gadgets I’ll be ready for a new lease🤷🏻‍♀️

I had been looking at C3 Corvette's for almost 2 years and I finally found my 1979 Corvette with Glass T Tops and a 4-speed manual transmission and a very clean interior and very clean interior. Very good looking Corvette and they called me earlier today and the shipper told me it was ready to be shipped out, so I should have my dream car next weekend. Only had my 2025 kicks sv a few months , 4k miles but I like it a lot , look , style, drives well and it very comfortable. Love all the included safety features that other car companies charge extra for . Gas mileage is incredible. Gave it a 5 across the board, as my last 3 new cars have been a Colorado , for maverick and jeep wrangler. Cost , value of the redesign kicks is much better imop . Dash layout and how easy everything is to use .

Saved on gas already and interior is great and seats are very comfy Mercedes app gives you a chance to start engine from a distance snd reminds you to lock car if you forget. Verbal commands to Mercedes makes calling folks if changing stations real easy

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.
