When I started looking to buy a car for my Great grandson, I was so overwhelmed. I was online checking out dealerships and came across some cars I thought my grandson would like. I did some research on Pellegrino Auto and decided to call them. I talked to Brian and was really impressed by how helpful he was to me. My grandson and I made an appointment to look at some cars. I felt that Brian was an honest person and I put my trust in him. We found the car my grandson liked, put down a deposit and purchased it a few days later. It was such a pleasure dealing with Brian. This is my second renagade, I wanted a 2021 limited and that’s what I have now. I have a long history with many models of jeeps, but I have to say this one is my all time favorite . I love everything about it. It’s a tank in the snow and mud . We have climbed to the top of a mountain with it. I feel safe and secure that I will never get stranded in the snow. It’s comfortable, and just the right size . I love the Easter eggs they hid in the car ! We were able to fit all our camping gear in it and bikes and kayaks too. I love the look of it and it’s fun ! I will never get rid of this car , it’s a keeper.

I feel like I got a fair, low-pressure deal. I was buying a CPO and they still treated me like a priority. The process went smoothly start to finish, and I am very happy with the dealership and my car! Shawn and Nick were great sales folks, and the business and tech guy I dealt with were pleasant and informative.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

Mr. Lee was very very helpful. He kept in contact with me through the whole process and kept me informed on everything. I give him 10 Stars.

Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

I’ve had my 2019 trax 52k miles for almost 3 years, absolutely love the car no problems so far(knock on wood) only small minor inconvenience a ground wire got a little dusty and was cleaned. I have done the pcv fix as Chevy did not make it good for these engines in the long run. Not a lot of power for my liking so I modified some components. Not very friendly for tall people im 6’3 and have my seat set almost all the way back.
