I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Craig who went above and beyond to earn my business. He is very personable and really wants to help his clients. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond Craig’s control, the experience was less than perfect.

I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

Purchased new Taos SE AWD end of April. Only have about 1,700 miles on it so far but I am very impressed. Fit and finish are great; rides smoothly and quietly. Many features on the vehicle for the money. 8 speed trans is seamless in its operation. Engine idles so quietly that my wife asked me why I had shut off engine when it was idling in a parking spot. Only concern (and it’s a very minor one) is need for more horsepower. I know that the’25 Taos has 17 more horsepower than the’22-‘24 models, but vehicle still feels like it needs more on inclines with four people in the car and when driving into high winds. But that is the only concern; made a great decision when I bought this car.

Just bought my 2nd Passat from Joe Mejia at Ancira. Great guy, always takes good care of me, even had most of the paperwork done before I arrived......and he helped return the rental car! Thanks Joe!

What a great car. Very smooth in accelaration. Cannot feel the auto change. Great accelaeration and very comfatable and tight to drive. My insurance went down because of all the safety features on the car. Have to read the manual to understand them all. My only beef is that the diplay feature for sporty as in the manual does not come up. If its in the manual then VW should have it avalaible

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Some early reviewers did not like the power, but it has been fine for me. I am not racing anyone. I like the “magic seat” capability. That has been useful many times. Driven literally across the country — California to Florida — with little fatigue. 60,000 miles and no maintenance issues.

Maria went out of her way to make our buying experience a real pleasure. Maria even came in on her day off to help me and my wife buy a Ford Ranger. Maria was the main reason we bought a vehicle at Chaparral Ford and not some other dealership. Maria definitely gets a five-star rating.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

For the money you can't do much better. Quiet, sleek and has lots of options available. Has plenty of room and storage for this class of car. Love the AWD version as I live in a part of the country that gets a fair amount of snow.

This was my first time buying a car out of state and John Reyes made it as smooth as possible. He was always answering my (many) questions in a very timely manner and there were no hidden costs or fees. I had an issue with the shipping company, but that is a 3rd party which shipped my car from Texas to California so that is not his fault. He also said I would not need to go to the DMV, but that was not quite true (I had to go once for a VIN verification appointment). Assuming he did not know that, I would say this was an overall good buying experience, especially for my first out of state purchase. Overall would recommend (again, my experience was completely online (out of state), John seems like a very nice guy and will answer all of your questions and give you a no-BS out the door price. I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

Mac Haik Southway Ford. This is the first time I have dealt with this dealership. I had a young salesman that approached me by the name of Issac Flores. I immediately told him I was not in the market for a vehicle, but I just wanted to look around to see what was available in their F150 XLT with an Ecoboost engine. He invited me inside the dealership and retrieve some keys to show me a few F150 that I wanted to see. After looking at several F150?s. Mr. Flores asked if I would like to take a test drive on one of the F150?s we looked at. I selected one of the Trucks to test drive. While on a test Drive, Mr. Issac Flores was very familiar with all of the instruments and technical aspects of the vehicle. He was kind enough to explain in detail what this vehicle had to offer and what all the improvements this Truck has compared to my 2011 F150XLT. Issac Flores was not a high pressure salesman. He was very patient and knew his vehicle?s. He was a true professional. Not once did he try to pressure me into purchasing any of the vehicles we looked at. His main concern was to look at a vehicle that I want. And to make sure I get what I want in a vehicle and price that I thought was fair. All the negotiating was done between me and Mr. Flores. There were no going back and forth to a sales manager. Or anyone else like the other dealership do. No playing game?s negotiating. Again No pressure sales.This dealership made me feel Like I was home. They were all welcoming and made you feel like part of the family. After negotiations, I decided to purchase the F150 that I test drove. The price was right and I couldn?t pass up a great deal. The only reason I purchased the vehicle was because of Mr. Issac Flores. My mom had a kid pull out in front of her Taurus and they totaled it, so She asked me to find a car. Found the Ecosport as a used car at a good price. Dealer installed Factory style leather seat covers in place of the cloth. Ma got to drive it twice and it was passed to me. I'm glad I picked it. Tests show 0-60 in 10-11 seconds with the little 3 cylinder. I made it in 12 but going a little up hill. It has enough pep for running around but gets fantastic mileage. I teased my wife when I fill up for $23 and get 300+ miles and she fills her jeep for $60 and shows 285 miles. I traded from a lifted 2 door jeep to the Ecosport and I am happy driving it. I upgraded the radio from the 4" to the 8" with nav. Great choice...A great little fun driver. I got in the back seat to see if the reviews were right and I had plenty of leg room for a small car. I'm 5'11" and 200# but everything fits well. I like the fact that I don't have to crawl in like my sons Subaawoo. I get in and out with ease due to the tall stance. I'm planning to put on All Terrain tires when the time comes.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
